"Snowtime Funtime"

[ Fairy vials used: Nuri & Lysia ]

[ Fairy vials mentioned: Momochi (belongs to Peachipanda) ]

[ Edited and Revised by: planetABXY & dxsmodus]

On a snowy afternoon within a small town, there waited a small fairy vial named Nuri. Playing around on the snow-covered pavement, flurries of snowflakes gently fell into the cupped palms of the small fairy vial as their wings fluttered and their tail swayed from excitement. With their hands cold as ice, the snowflakes never melted - creating a tiny fresh bed of pure white snow. Eventually, the tiny bed grew into a mound of snow, causing them to uncup their hands and softly let the snow sift through their fingers as it danced away in the cold gust of wind.

Contently, they stood - watching the snow glide away until the sudden sound of a glistening icy bubble popped. Quickly, they turned around to see more icy bubbles surrounding them as a distant figure waved them into existence with their magical wand. Upon closer inspection, Nuri recognized the figure which instantly made their mouth curve into a smile. Lysia, the distant figure, began tucking away the bubble wand into a pocket. As the two were now much closer, he swiftly brought Nuri into a warm embrace as the icy bubbles around the two began to pop.

Slowly departing from the hug, Lysia let out a short chuckle and with a big smile, he began to speak. "Sorry to keep you waiting, Nuri! This town's bakery had so many goodies that it made picking just a few really hard!"

Nuri gently started to tug on Lysia's left arm, as both of his hands were carrying something. It was a rather common occurrence to get his attention by gently tugging on him due to Nuri's voice being so hard to hear, its volume one comparable to snow softly falling to the ground. Now tilting his head in curiosity, Lysia prepared to closely listen to his beloved's voice by perking up his lacey bunny ears.

"It's okay," they giggled and flashed a comforting smile, "I was having lots of fun playing in the snow while waiting!" Lysia nodded, opening the bag of goodies, "Well, I do have some delicious treats in this bag we could snack on." Just looking at and smelling the food made stars appear in Nuri's eyes, and they began to twirl around with their excitement. Once they had finished, Lysia extended his hand which held a portion of freshly-baked bread.

Before taking a bite, they took in the pleasant and comforting smell, after which it didn't take much time for them to nibble away the delicious bread. In the meantime, Lysia had also munched on his share of bread, except he took his time with each bite and savored it completely. By the time the two were done snacking, the snow had settled upon the tops of their heads, in which they helped one another to gently brush off the other's head.

The two, now smiling at one another, exchanged a familiar look and shared thoughts of what to do next. Nuri had begun to open their mouth before promptly shutting it and shaking their head as Lysia also struggled to think of something they both would enjoy. It wasn't until several minutes of comfortable silence passed till he had an idea. "Perhaps we should make something in the snow! I mean… I've never done this before, but I think it'd be lots of fun!"

Nuri curiously tilted their head as they thought over the idea before nodding and gathering snow into a nearby area. Lysia happily joined in on helping form their new creation, which slowly grew in number rather than just being one.

The first snow sculpture was inspired by another fairy vial they knew --Momo, Lysia's older sister- which was lovingly sculpted into the shape of a panda, with a peach-shaped tail to complete the look. After the panda was complete, they worked together to recreate many of the cute creatures they'd seen throughout their travels. They sculpted everything from foxes to deer, to birds and polar bears. Upon standing back, they both began examining their snowy creations before exchanging proud looks.

As the sun began to set, Nuri pulled out their kalimba as a soft melody began filling the air, one meant to express their happiness in this moment. Lysia noticed and followed their lead by singing tunes about various stories that matched the rhythm of Nuri's playing.

Soon, with the moon in full view, came along the stars as an ever-growing crowd of creatures fondly approached them. The fauna was now seated before them, enjoying their performance. The audience swayed and pranced as the lovely melodies continued, with an occasional playful yip or chirrup--sounds relishing in the calming tunes.

Lysia, noticing the approval of their audience, turns to Nuri and gives them a loving glance--a glance they return with affection by doing the same.

The two and their delighted spectators joyfully continued to play and sing throughout the blissful winter evening.
