From atop a tower that grazed the heavens, a man gazed out of a window towards a nearby castle with a glare that pierced like the sharpest of blades. His grip on the windowsill tightened with enough force to almost crush a brick, he took a deep breath, and loosened his grasp. “Why do all these heroes believe me to be among their ranks? Am I that horrible of a villain?”, He lamented. He signed, turned in place, and walked towards a menacing, yet comfy looking, throne, before taking a seat. He rang a small bell, and a rather finely dressed man entered the room. “Good evening master Elliot, how may I assist you today”, the man delivered with a refined tone. “I suppose perhaps getting me a tea, Earl Grey, hot if you could”, Elliot said with an equally as refined tone. “Coming right up sir”, the finely dressed gentleman replied, as he left the room. The fellow in the suit returned shortly after, pouring the fresh tea into a ceramic cup for Elliot. “Shall you be busy with evil monologuing today sir?”, he asked. “Sadly no Reginald, today is mostly wondering were I failed on my previous plot”, Elliot said while taking a sip of the steaming tea. “I believe your plan was flawless sir, but I speculate the error persists with uhm… the saving of the puppies”, Reginald noted. “How does that even occur Reginald? How does one fail to capture and imprison a princess so greatly to the point where you save a bunch of puppies and are regarded as a saint among men?”, Elliot said with an air of annoyance in his voice. “Well sir, it is quite a cute puppy that you kept from the incident, I believe he’s just finished his bath if you’d like me to uhm… “fetch” him” the butler said with a slight scoff at his own joke. “… please do bring me Count Tibbles, I require emotional support today…” Elliot said with a softened, yet dejected tone. “Right away sir, perhaps a surprise evil scheme scroll from your collection, sir?”, Reginald asked with a comforting tone. “Yes please…” a dejected Elliot replied.
