short intro of the function of the account

You can adopt or donate your unused characters for stars;    
When donating, you get a certain amount of stars depending on the art types (such as fullbodies, busts, headshots etc.) that you can use to adopt new cuties!
the point of all this is to give people a chance to get rid of characters that are no longer being used and maybe adopt others that will be used instead.

IMPORTANT! the characters here are all free and are worth nothing, stars aren't a real currency.

General TOS 

✦ reselling or trading a character adopted here is NOT allowed, however, if you add additional art to the character you can sell or trade.  
✦ please if you get a character or more, use them, As a story character, to draw it, whatever, just use it at least once.  
✦ trading this shelter‘s characters for characters with worth or get the characters to transfer them to other shelters will result a blacklist, and you’ll never be able to adopt or donate there anymore.  Not because i don’t want to support other shelters or anything, but because if you get a character there you’re meant to use it, or then what’s the purpose of all of this :(

things to know before donating

✦if the character's design is extremely low quality the price will decrease from 30 to 0 stars. To be 0 stars it must be really low quality, (ex. as a white cat with colored hair made on a base, or generally really rushed designs.)  
✦if the character is made from a doll maker with no art pieces added the price will be 0 stars.  
✦if the character is made on base, the price will be decreased by 5 stars.

when donating  

if  it’s your first time donating, comment here!  
for people that already have a place in the bank because of previous donations, you can transfer without warning me.  (this is because the peop that already donated are already registered on the bank, while pwople who never donated aren’t.)
 note that This is always open to everyone, if you already donated or not.  
do not be afraid to bother or spam, donating is actually really helpful to keep the center going: feel free to send as many as you want anytime you want ^u^  

when adopting 

please do not comment on the character profile when asking to adopt, comment here!  So it’s easier for me to keep track of everyone and everything.  
you can adopt up to four characters every three days, so other people have a chance to get a character they like.
