A Swimming Lesson

"Help, help! I can't swim! I'll drown!"
Lysander's voice trailed off as he panicked, trying to keep his head over the water. His fur was already soaked from the water and he could feel the weight of it gradually pull him down. He didn't wanna drown just yet, he was still way too young! He had just learned how to glide and absolutely loved gliding!
He put more effort into his desperate attempts of staying over the surface of the water, but it didn't seem to help. The weight of his fur made his legs harder to move and his movements got gradually weaker and weaker. He wanted to call out one last time but didn't find the energy to do so anymore. His fur made his legs too heavy to move and he started to descend into the water.
