A Vile Creature
This is basically stuff Galena would hear during the time she was kidnapped. Also written in October of 2020.
“You vile creature, to have the audacity to think of yourself as higher than me. You haven’t the slightest clue about the power I have in my possession. If you thought the burning mark of a true god was bad, just wait until I am done with you. Your cries for mercy will fall upon deaf ears, and your weeping shall be known as your final cries to an uncaring world. You scream to the walls, only for them to echo your pathetic noises back at you. What good is it to struggle? By the time I'm done with you, being shredded by the shadow demons will be a mercy on your soul. Cry, little one. Cry out to Statera, to Natus, see if they answer your pathetic cry. They don’t care about you, and deep, deep down, you know it’s true. Caedes has given you more attention than any other god has. Caedes cares, dear. He’ll never leave you alone. I’m sure he’ll treat your soul well once you finally succumb to the darkness of his grave. When the sun shines bright, free of your burden of an existence. Your friends, your family, they’ll feel the weight lift off their shoulders, they’ll smile for what feels like the first time in years. Don’t you want them to be happy, Galena?
