Terms of Service♡

As of July 14, 2022, these terms of service will come into force.

Any breach of my TOS will result in you not being considered for future freebies/trades depending on the severity you will be included or not in my blacklist.

・♡・The only form of payment that I can accept are DA points, when a design is purchased by this means, I will retain the design for a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not inform me to extend the hold, the design will be on sale/trade again.  The design cannot be sold at a higher price than purchased without extra value (art or writing).

・♡・If it is a gift/freebie, it cannot be sold, only trade and regift.

・♡・Give me credits for the design!  If you no longer want to have the character you can return it to me and I will rehome the character, if it was through a payment there will be NO refund, you can trade them if it has an extra value or gift them without problems.

・♡・But DO NOT delete the character's profile!!! (doing this will immediately put you on the blacklist).

・♡・You can modify the adoptable as much as you like, just keep it recognizable.

・♡・If the character was obtained through a raffle, you can trade them or give it free even without extra art.

・♡・The waiting time is 1 month for art or customs!!!  If you need more time please tell me, I will extend the hold as long as WIPs, please give me an approximate date to finish.  If I am not informed of a delay I will cancel the trade and the design will become available for sale again.

・♡・If you don't think you can finish in that time please don't offer and please don't ghosting me, I don't like being behind people, it's not good for you or my TnT

・♡・Do not give my designs or my art with people on my blacklist they are there because they had serious problems with me (doing this will put you on my blacklist as well).

・♡・The key word to know if you have read these little TOS is: lavender.  Put it anywhere in your comment!
