A look into Orion's past, and why he has a sentient tail lol

This will basically be the same as Kyler's story cause idk how I wanna use them both :'>
Orion was created by Baron Draxum around the same time as the turtles, before he knew of Lou Jitsu. Baron had mixed snake dna and normal human dna in with the ooze to create a hybrid mutant soldier.
It didn't turn out as planned. The subject had come out still looking like a normal turtle, except it now had purple skin and a fully functional snake tail.
Baron obviously hadn't accounted for this but still decided to train this "genetic mishap" to be the soldier he desired
At the end of the first rottmnt episode (13ish years later) when Baron's lab blows up again, he sent Orion out to "follow" the turtles.
Expect, Baron isn't one to be discreet amongst humans and Orion was soon captured by Animal Control and taken to a lab to be studied. Orion was at the lab for a few months before April and the Turtles caught wind of him in the news and decided to break him out.
Now living with Splinter and the Turtles, he's trying to come to terms that Baron created them to be weapons, Baron didn't come for him when he was caught and that the Turtles are his friends.
