Resting by the ocean side, a calm warpa looking younger than his years, watched a piece of cloud wobble through the air above the sea. Pausing to coo over at the small dragon, Karma was taking the chance to walk around the outside world now that he had the energy to do so again. He hadn't been feeling well since his last soirée, the bright lights and long night dancing tired him out more than usual. Even the short rest before traveling out on adventure now had him longing to return home for less activity. Certain foods were even making him nauseous today, deciding to eat less to feel better. Niro was still just a baby themselves, without having a good connection to his emotional state or discomfort. It was a blessing as far as Karma was concerned. He'd much rather his dragon feel nothing than be able to tell what sort of sickness he had contracted. The little dragon clearly didn't wish to go home yet however, dipping down into the water briefly before coming back up to struggle in the air. They weren't terribly good at flight yet, but Karma was doing their best to encourage progress. "You stayed up a lot longer that time, I think you're getting better~"

With the sun setting, it was a perfect weather and time for some light wandering. Everyone had started settling down and dinner was made, so Vonius no longer was needed to help while the few children and younger ones were put to bed. It was a early morning rise tomorrow, like every morning when he was out and with the naki travelers. His coat was put aside for now, traveling in just a sweater and pants, but looking very tired as he did so.  "What reason have you chosen to wander off instead of resting? It seems a bit against what is needed currently, and quite ill advised as you're alone." The long transparent noodle murred as he swam in the water next to his rider, head above the water and the only thing seeable in the glow the dragon's halo casted. Kaiser had taken on a smaller form, still a force to be reckon wish BUT was choosing to be smaller incase he tired to much and Vonius would need to carry him back.  "We're in the chronoscape, there should be travelers around here and it would be useful to help them need be. You know that." Even his voice sounded tired, but the pale colored male watched as his dragon swam in the water, seeming to be enjoying himself even if he was chastising him for not taking the time to get some much needed sleep.  "Fair, there appears to be someone ahead." Nodding his head, a few hundred feet away there was a strangely dressed male talking to what looked like a cloud. Earning a hum as Vonius started towards the pair and Kaiser was beside him.  As they got closer, Vonius waved to the other. Wondering who else would be out this late and... speaking with the clouds. With the world magical as it was, maybe it was a creature of some type. "Hello there, how are you this fine evening?"

Reaching out to fluff up his dragon, Niro certainly felt just like cotton candy as well. Held together just well enough with their strange trait, Karma continued squishing them until the dragon revealed its beak to chitter at him. "Ah ha, alright, alright, I'm sorry. Go on." Drifting away once more, it hovered closer to the water now, making sure to keep itself from getting splashed by any waves.  Circling around a couple times, something strange caused the eyeless dragon to look over to a glowing circle bobbing above the water. Both ocean, and wind, Niro was a friendly little creature that floated towards the ring. The first thought was that she should try to grab it and give it to the person following beside. It was clearly something they dropped. Having a little more faith in people than he probably should, Karma let his new dragon do as they please. "Ooh not terrible, but not perfect either~" He replied honestly with a smile and swoosh of the tail in greeting. "And yourself? I might not have expected company all the way out here, but I am fond of it." A small pat on the rock in invitation, he might be a demon, but didn't fit the normal stereo type.

Watching as they moved closer, Vonius nor Kaiser seemed too worried by the cloud coming towards them. Confirming it was alive in some sense of the word, Vonius gave a soft hello to the cloud that used what looked a small beak of some sort to try and grab at Kaiser's halo. It flickered out for a moment, as Kasier raised his head from the water.  "That is mine, soft one. You may not take my halo."  "But Kaiser, it is quite lovely." Vonius teased, but left the pair to interact as he headed to the more humanoid one. "That's a shame, what seems to cause your day to be not up to standards?" Kaiser stayed in the water, sniffing at the cloud and was doing a examinations of his own of what they came into.

Chirping in surprise, Niro made a small, distressed circle around the larger head at first, nearly tumbling into the water from a loss of balance mid air. It didn't take him long to settle down though, flying a little higher to glance at the rider before going back to trying to grab the halo. "Pretty." He agreed, landing on the snout trying to sniff at him. While 90% soft cotton, Niro did have a solid core as he wasn't a dark dragon. "No share?" Leaning back on his own rock, Karma closed his eyes and hummed. "I'm tired and hungry, but I feel bad thinking about food," they were nothing to write home about as far as he understood. He was happy about the other showing their concern either way. "Having someone worry over me is already making me feel better though~ If I might only know their name it'd be that much more?"

"The halo is apart of me, so I'm unable to share." Kaiser explained to the soft cloud being, sniffing at them and was rather still as he shed water and just watched from a distance as his rider went to investigate the other. "However, I can show you a interesting trick. Do you like glowing objects?" He asked the dragon, watching it grab at the halo but unable to move it.  "I'm Vonius, and my dragon Kaiser is 'enjoying' a swim." He wasn't sure if Kaiser was enjoying it, but as the largest dragon he fell into his spot well. "I can tell you why you're sick if you like? My phone is neat and can tell me if you have any infections or sicknesses, it can even tell me your name~"

Pushing at the water with what were technically fins, the baby cloud dragon didn't give their own rider nearly as much attention. The world was all new and interesting outside of their shell, too many distractions present for them to focus on Karma. With the halo being one of these new things, it was saddening when he tried to 'borrow' it but it didn't budge. Leaning forward, he tried nibbling on it with his tattered bean, but still to no avail. "Yeesh! I like me, so shiny." Lighting up in a white glow, Niro rested back on Kaiser's snoot. "You too? Light on?" Tilting his head slightly, that seemed like quite the magical artifact to Karma. He had met a few people on his journeys that would love to possess such things for less than legal reasons. But he simply smiled with a nod. "Sure, why not. If it can tell me how to get better the quickest that'd be lovely to know too~"

Changing the colors of his halo from a blue color to a bright yellow that glowed, it casted a faint light and between the pair of them were bobbling lights in the water. A few fish came to them, nibbling on Kaiser's transparent body without avail until growing less interesting and swimming away.  Glancing over as Kaiser started to glow, Vonius pulled out his phone and changed it to teh from camera so Karma could see the green square blink with a "?" for a moment before changing to a "✓". Tapping the square after, it popped up some basic information about Karma.

NAME: Karma Species: War Paint Demon OCCUPATION: Traveler STATUS(S): - Infected (crystal) - Burdened (pregnant)

"Well it's nice to meet you, Karma. It seems you are pregnant, so that is more then likely why you are feeling sick." Vonius was curious as to the how, but he wasn't familiar with the species and wouldn't question how their breeding went on a first meeting.

Wiggling excitedly at the glad and change of colors, Niro reached up to tap the halo again. More interested than the fish, he let out some happy chirps. "Extra pretty!" His excited wiggling turned to confusion however when a dreadful feeling was felt by even the youngling. "Uh oh?" He questioned, patting Kaiser before floating back into the air over to Karma. His rider had a grin still, but it looked funny and awkward. "Aha.. everything's fine Niro. Er, yes, that would explain it." Pausing for a moment, he looked like he was debating something for another couple minutes before standing. "I think I should go lay down and write up a letter, if you'll forgive me for leaving already?"

Watching the young one suddenly get distracted from the halo to their rider, that meant there was a strong emotion if Kaiser knew anything. Swimming after them, he started to crawl out of the water while Vonius looked at the... strange smile on the other's face. "Karma, are you alright?" Von asked, looking a bit worried.  "If the sir needs to leave, it should be best to let him go. He does have important maters to attend to." Kaiser told his rider as Vonius nodded, still worried but nod going to dwell on it.  "Well, I wish you good travels and good luck. If you need help and come around again, if you find someone in the Naki they'll be happy to help. Make sure to get some rest." Waving as Karma got up, the pale colored rider looked to his dragon who seemed curious, but let the pair leave as they had found them. Just another person is passing they came across, and could only hope to find again.
