!~My commissions terms of service~!

Check my journals and posts to see if I have commissions open~! 

You must be over 18 to do business with me. I do not do business with new, empty, or inactive accounts. I accept Paypal only. All cash prices are in USD. No refunds after your commission has been started. If you force a refund you will be blacklisted. 

Wait time may vary depending on my queue and personal life. I try my best to get your artwork done in a timely manner. I don't work on weekends or holidays. Do not harass me about finishing your commission. If you want something changed, be specific. I will be happy to accommodate you to the best of my ability. I will not draw any fetish, sexually explicit themes, or anything hatful. I reserve the right to decline your commission if I'm uncomfortable with it. Some blood and gore is fine. It just depends. I love drawing fun spoopy monsters, creatures, cryptids, aliens, skulls, and cute things. I dislike drawing robots, and complicated items like musical instruments.

I  typically don't like being commissioned for copyrighted characters or  fan characters, but may make some exceptions at my discretion.

Do not heavy reference, trace, edit, or claim my art as your own. Do not use for NFTs or AI art.

Not for widespread commercial use unless it's agreed upon.

You are free to repost the art you commissioned as you wish as long as you give proper credit.

You may include the art when selling a character. You must provide clear digital, flat colored, reference art.

!~Adopt Purchasing TOS~! Prices as marked. Payment via Paypal only. No art or character trades please unless stated in the adopt listing. You get the character transferred to you after payment is received. 

If you force a refund you will lose rights to the character, you will be blacklisted.

If it is an original species, follow their rules. Do  not edit, trace, or heavy reference the art. Do not use for NFTS or AI art. Do not claim you designed  the art or character. Not for widespread commercial use unless agreed  upon. You are free to repost the art after purchasing as you wish as long as you give proper credits. Do not sell for more then you bought it for if you did not add extra art. You can change the name, pronouns, personality, to your liking unless otherwise stated.

Do not heavy reference, trace, repost, edit, use, or claim as your own. Do  not use them for role play. Do not use them for AI generated art. Do not use them for NFTs. Do not make your own characters inspired by  mine.

No nudity/sexual situations/fetish art without my permission. 

Some blood/gore is okay with monster characters.

Gift art of any skill level is much appreciated.

Do not draw my OCs with your OCs or copyrighted characters without my permission.
