Demon Droids

Demon Droids are a type of demon with an robotic humanoid form. They were originally ancient/organic demons that either changed it's human-possessed body to take on a more robotic appearance (ex: replacing a portion of their body, like a torso or limbs into robotic) or ditched their human-possessed body in exchange for a fully robot form. A Droids body doesn't have to be 100% robotic, however it's body MUST be reliant on some kind of machine/circuit either inside or outside the body. 

When a demons body becomes a Droid its soul merges with the robotic body making exorcism practically impossible. If you we're to kill a Droid, its soul would not return to hell due to it merging with the robotic form. It's soul becomes sowed into the physical form itself, thus sealing the form is the only possible form of exorcism.

All Droids have horns & unusually colourful eyes. You can almost always tell what kind of energy that Droid has due to it's characteristics & colours. Currently, there are only 2 types of demons (in my OCverse), Organic Demons and Demon Droids. All demons have the capability to turn into a Droid, but not all are willing to, demons are a very conservative species. However, Droids are capable of being more powerful than the Organics (especially in the current time). 

Droids are a fairly new species, initially being discovered sometime in the 20th century along with the creation of the first ever humanoid robot. With their robotic form, they have developed an energetic power that's derived from the forms of energy (such as Sound, Chemical, Radiant, Thermal, Electrical, Kinetic, Nuclear and Mechanical). It's been observed that they can only use a maximum 2 forms of energy but that remains to be studied.
