Sandscale Nargacuga

Statistics.

Description.

A smaller subspecies of the Flying Wyvern Nargacuga, that has adapted to the life in a harsh desertic environment. It has an orange coat with a cream underbelly, and reddish stripes along the fur. Its limbs scales are a deep brown, with yellow stripes along it. Lastly, the wing membrane is azure, with darker and lighter blue stripes on it.

Habitat.

Sandscale Nargacuga prefer to live in warm environment, such as deserts, and sometimes savannahs. They have been spotted in deserts in the Old World, and are now appearing around the Wildspire Waste in the New World too.

Behavior.

Unlike its forest counterpart, who prefers to hunt hiding in the shadows, Sandscale Nargacuga has adapted to hide in sandstorms. Similar to its cousin, Sand Barioth, it is also able to create large dust devils, both to hurt its preys and to confuse them, making it almost invisible to the naked eye, due to their sandy colored coat.

( Non Elemental ) - Sandscale Nargacuga has the ability to create large dust devil that will hurt any attacking party.

Sand Cloak

( Passive ) - Sandscale Nargacuga appear almost invisible for the naked eye during sandstorms or when hiding in its own dust devil.
