Welcome to Neji's TOS. So you want art by Neji? There are a few things you should know before you get started. Please read through the entire TOS before commissioning. This is the SFW version to see the NSFW version please refer to the NSFW TOS. Now let's get started.

Commission Rules, Pay, & Production Stages
Rules & Payment
- At any time i have the right to refuse or decline a commission.
- You can contact me through DMs on discord, Deviantart, or Toyhou.se, otherwise, i can not guarantee to see your message.
- Edits or Manipulations to pieces are not allowed for any reason, unless for a mood board.
- I reserve the right to post any art i do unless secrecy is requested.
- If you post want to post my art please ask first and make sure to credit me for the art.
- For commercial use there are additional TOS/ requirements so please read through that section.
- Unless discussed first and commercial TOS is read you may not resale my art for any reason.
- Designs bought may not be listed at higher prices unless other art is done of the character.
- Payment is through Paypal or Cash App (when noted I'll take DA Points but that's rare)
- Payment is due upfront before i start.
- Payment is USD and is listed as such on the commission sheet.
- Only partial refunds are allowed unless it has happened more than twice with the same person. Once I've made it to the line stage only half will be allotted back.
- Any orders above $200 have a payment plan option, but an unwatermarked version will only be given after payment is made in full.
- Rush art will cost half the commission price extra to jump the waiting list line.
- feel free to asks any questions not covered, but stupid questions will cost $1 extree
Process

- Any final changes (only color correction after this point so make sure I've got all the correct traits)
- Color & Shading
- The final version is shown & will be emailed to the customer for the best quality.
Process Info.
- Turn around can be anywhere from a couple of days to 2 months.
- I have a full-time job so i don't get to work on these every day.
- If at any time you would like an update, feel free to ask, I'll get to you asap.
- Upgrades can only be done during the sketch & Line art stage.
- If you decide to upgrade after i have started, please let me know.
- You are expected to pay the difference between the two.
