Just to be sure all my bases are covered! That being said, feel free to reach out in case you have any questions/would like to discuss something more specific, like a big project, commercial project, etc. I'll be adding a section for Art Trades too considering I like to do them from time to time.

TOS for Commissions

All commissions are for personal use only. An extra percentage will be discussed between me and the commissioner in case of commercial use.

Feel free to post your commission to your social media as long as you credit one of my socials!

The full payment is done upfront for $1-$50 commissions. Payment plans are possible for +$50 commissions (ex: half upfront, half when it's done. You're encouraged to ask if needed, I'd hate to think I'm making holes in someone's wallet SDHFSKDJF).

Payment is in USD via Paypal.

Usually WIPs aren't provided for sketch pieces (since it's just the sketch), but I'll do up to two rounds of adjustments if needed.

You are not to commission and/or trade with and/or ask another artist to color/finish/render sketches done by me. If you'd like to do it yourself, please discuss it with me first.

For fully rendered pieces, I'll show you roughly 4 watermarked WIPs:

First Stage: BRAINSTORM (we go through your ideas and I provide an average of 2 options at least that you can choose from) and SKETCH (I add your characters' features to the chosen option from the brainstorm).

Second Stage: LINEART (I polish the sketch by lining everything properly and adding the initial colors) and RENDERING (full finalization and editing)

You have the right to ask for 1 big change free of charge during the First Stage ("the hair isn't right", "I'd like a more cheerful expression", etc). Upon receiving your approval after working on requested changes if there's any, I'll enter the Second Stage, polishing up and finalizing your piece. In this stage, you have the right to ask for 2 minor changes free of charge ("you forgot the scars", "their eyes are actually green", etc). I'll wait for your approval after working on requested changes if there's any in any stage, then I'll send you the final piece when it's done, unwatermarked and in high resolution.

TLDR:

  • Original price: Payment - First WIP - Approval - Second WIP - Approval - Final art piece with you
  • Original price: Payment - First WIP - Ask for a big change (or small) - Updated first WIP - Approval - Second WIP - Ask for a minor change - Updated second WIP - Approval - Final art piece with you
  • Added price: 2 or more big changes during the first stage and/or 3 or more minor changes during the second stage will result in extra fees. Big changes during the second stage are possible, but the fees will be more pricey.

Tbh I don't like to add extra fees, so as long as your requests are within reason I don't mind doing them for free. This is just in case.

My turnaround time varies highly. I'm a fast artist, but it all depends on how long my current queue is. You're totally encouraged to reach out and ask for updates, I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible, usually within the same day.

Feel free to check my trello for any and all art progress, I update it once a day!

You can ask for a refund before I start working on your piece (I'll provide proof if needed). No refunds after the first stage is started unless I see myself uncapable of finalizing your commission (I'll give you a heads up, of course!).

I'll mark your commission as finished once I've delivered the piece and you've approved it (ie: no further adjustments needed). In case I deliver the piece and don't hear from you in two weeks, I'll mark it as finished and an extra fee will be charged in case of whatever adjustments.

I reserve myself the right to post commissions to my social media/portfolio/examples for other commissions unless you tell me beforehand you'd like to keep it private (small fee required for private comms). By not informing me of your preference, I'll understand that you'd like to be anonymous.

I always give my best in every single piece I make. Commission work is my work and I take it as seriously as I'd take any job, you can be sure of that.

Do not use my art for NFTs or upload it to AI image generators.

Same goes for any hate speech, propaganda or illegal business, do NOT use my art for them.

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. Failure to follow them will result in being blacklisted and other measures according to what's been done.
