Please describe the incident in detail:

It was late, a couple hours into the morning, I was doing overtime as normal. It was for research on the newest case; Hasapi had some misconstrued files I had offered to help her with. Mind you I had been working like this always, I never fell short on an assignment. I… I think, no I know I was with someone. You know I was with someone. I’ve been told before it is something I am making up in my head,a hallucination caused by olanzapine I was prescribed.

For the record I have never needed this before working here, in fact, it was prescribed here after you, Llawes, diagnosed me with schizophrenia. I was never told why I was diagnosed, the staff doctor told me a file would be completed and sent to me explaining everything, yet nothing came to me.

The medicine is important, I took it before I went to sleep. 

I had finished my work, and I followed someone, I believe they were taking me to my room to get my medicine.

That’s when I saw it. This creature? It was humanoid, I believe I thought it was one of the workers who sleep walks the halls occasionally, but then it turned its head so unnaturally there was no way it was human. I had seen this before,these anomalies, as I hear some of the other call them. I was petrified in place, then the person next to me ran, I think. If there was a person. It’s all a foggy dream, hazy misplaced memories. 

The creature ran, it passed me and went to whatever else was in that hall with me, whoever.

They were lost to that thing, condoned to a fate worse then death. Gone. They were gone.

I’ve mentioned before these anomalies,twice. In return I’ve been prescribed medicine and also given a warning to keep all information under “classified” rulings. I have a track record that I know whoever reads this can easily read about, so please go check if you don’t believe me. I’ve been warned, a slap on the wrist. I’ve come to realize for some reason you wish me to keep this secret. Why you’ve taken drastic measures to keep this a secret,I won’t know. I’ve heard about those killed trying to expose you. 

Before the anomaly left the room, I grabbed my phone, evidence I have needed for over 15 years. 

Consider this my last report ever to turn in. I can not take the stress and mental strain this job has caused me, I haven’t even disclosed the information I have regarding malpractice, however I know you must already be well aware this facility is unethical.

You can check the records. I clocked out on the Tuesday after- I won’t be returning. The photos? They are secured with me. Have fun explaining them to the public once I release them.

I was prescribed olanzapine in late November of 20◾️◾️. Why that concerns you on my reports is that that was shortly after I gave my first report on these… things. That first time I did not receive a letter from you explaining you read and were working on my notice like what normally is given out from a report. Instead I was given a doctors appointment and a prescription to take. I raised concern then, and then 4 years later I re experienced the same thing, again denied a hearing. Instead I was given an increased dose of olanzapine to help treat my “schizophrenia”. I’ve researched olanzapine, and it is noted numerous times for its hallucinating effects.

I see that this can be an interesting way to explain these “hallucinations” of anomalies.This was the reason why you claim my reports were un-credible. 

So if we count them, I’ve reported 3 times now.

Is there anything else we should be aware of?

Ceridwen, if this somehow manages to make it to your precious hands, I hope this taught you ‘Ōpūnui  don’t follow orders like dogs.
