Stuxnet held the letter in his hand, squinting at the rather hastily written notes on it, a few bullet points briefed the reader on the job. He moved it closer to his face, cause his eyes were failing him now a days after so many body modifications. Stuxnet huffed and then looked at the burlap bag slumped over in in a back corner of the alleyway. Just bring that sack to a drop off spot? It seemed easy enough, he'd done harder jobs for less at times. But sometimes the tougher jobs were rather satisfying to him when he needed the work. This was rather different, it seemed so randomly put here, so any random shmuck could run across this seemingly precious cargo. Or at least that's what the paper lead you to believe

Job for the willing

Bring unmarked sack to drop off location, subject to change

Receive payment upon delivery

No questions asked, no strings attached

The back read the drop off point, the eastern shore of Lima Lake. Subject to change though? Stux wondered what that meant exactly, but honestly, he didn’t care after hearing that it was an instant pay job. He liked the way that sounded, easy payment jobs were often the best.

He stepped to the back of the alley and picked up the sack, the sound of glass clinging together echoed in the empty alley as he settled it upon his shoulder. It was surprisingly heavy for what it looked like on the outside, since it looked rather unassuming. As he left the alleyway in the dusk of the day, he began his pursuit of the lake outside the walls of the kingdom. Most that saw him as he walked by were rather flippant of his presence, not really caring, since many Beans used various methods to peddle their wares back and forth throughout the kingdom.

After a long walk, it was late in the night now once he reached the lake, he saw some small fishing buildings and some docks as he approached. His eyes scanned the shore, and his attention was caught by a seemingly large boat for the lake. At least larger than he'd seen dock there before. It seemed odd but he slowly and cautiously approached the boat, there was a few crew members milling about and then there was one rather tall bean. He could see an eerie pink glow localized around the head of the Bean, odd but he'd seen weirder things about. Spikes protruded from his shoulder, and he seemed to have larger claws than most as he stopped one of the crew members and inspected a crate that the other was carrying.

"Oy you!"

Someone shouted at him, he couldn't quite make out the Bean well, but they approached him, gruff and scarred up he inspected Stux. "Wassat ya got there?" The Bean asked as he motioned to the sack. "Letter I found said to bring this sack to the eastern shore here, haven't even checked the bag yet," Stux said as he sat it down on the ground, the glass making a rather loud noise.

The spiked Bean turned, his eyes aglow in the night and he strode forward, almost silently and picked up the sack with ease in one hand.

"A pleasure doing business with you," He purred, the Bean grinned and showed his rather large teeth. Quite a deadly looking visage for a pirate Stux assumed. The Bean handed him a glimmering golden coin, one like he'd never seen before and then turned on his heel towards the boat.

"If you ever need work again, call for Dare,"
