TERMS OF SERVICE
PERMISSIONS: RESELLING, DESIGN, ART
- If needed, credit my design or art to my main account deconaire.
- Do not edit my art, even if it's just the colors.
- Do not co-own my designs. Only one person is available to have said design.
- You may resell it at the same price you bought it.
- You may resell it at a higher price if the design has additional art that is not mine.
- You may redesign it, change the species, sex, colors, etc.
- My designs are for personal use ONLY unless stated otherwise.
OFFERS
- Offer on the respective comments of said adopt. Please do not offer via DM as others will not be able to see it.
- Whenever you change your mind about offering about an adopt, reply to your own comment stating so. Do not delete the comment as it is difficult for me since it doesn't notify me.
- My preferences will always be MONEY > ART > CUSTOMS > TRADE unless stated other wise. If you're offering CUSTOMS or TRADES, check out the PREFERENCES chapter.
- I do not do holds regarding to MONEY nor TRADES. Regarding ART and CUSTOMS I allow up to 1 to 2 months. If I haven't heard anything from you during that span, I'll put the design up for offer again.
REGARDING PAYMENT
- All payment should be provided before I transfer you the design.
- All payment should be done in USD via PayPal via the invoice method.
- I do not do refunds under any circumstances.
EXTRA
- Do specify if you're buying the design for another person so I can transfer it to them instead.
- I'll not hesitate to put you on my blacklist if you've violated any of the rules stated above.
