by ordering a commission from me you agree to these terms in their entirety.

✪ my commission work is for personal use only and may not be used commercially. you may always ask me to post it on social media to share; and you may post it yourself with credit on social media where it would not be assumed to be your own work (for example twitter is okay, but not deviantArt)

✪ you may request revisions within reason during working steps. excessively repeated or very heavy revisions will result in extra charges (it takes a lot to make me consider something "too much" - but please don't ask me to change an entire pose)

✪ i do not offer full refunds after work has begun. please shop responsibly. if extenuating circumstances come up please let me know promptly

✪ i reserve the right to decline any commission request or terminate an active commission midway for my own comfort, safety, need for respect, or other reason

acquiring a design of mine means you consent to these terms.

✪ my designs are for personal use only and may not be used commercially. if you intend to use your adopted ocs in a webcomic, video game, or other property, i'm not always comfortable with that; please inquire further.

✪ you may alter my designs as you see fit, and you may alter my artwork to match if you so desire, or ask me to do so - just keep the original accessible

✪ i would rather you not alter/redesign any of my designs into existing species belonging to other creators (closed species etc). AUs are shaky middle ground but i don't really endorse it. any designs that are created for a species are still subject to this outside of their origin, though may be voided if the owner chooses

✪ you may sell/trade the design if you so desire if its appropriate. please only increase the price if you have added more content to it. imo there is not a problem with a traded design of mine being sold for its prior monetary value
