Terms and Conditions/Rules

The act of commissioning me means that you agree to the terms, and you will be held accountable if they are violated.

 - You must be at least 13 to order a commission from me. If you are under 13, please get permission from a parent or guardian to purchase my work. If I find out you have lied to me about your age, you will be blacklisted. 

- The final commission amount must be paid in full before I start. This is for my own safety to keep myself from getting scammed. I keep layered files of all of my drawings, so if there is a situation where you don't like what you got, we can go from there and change things. 

- I reserve the right to post it on other sites if I see fit, including progress videos and speedpaints, however it is unlikely I will post any of the such if explicitly asked not to. 

- You may not use my artwork for any personal gain, such as printing my work on shirts and selling them, using them as a source for AI generated "art", or trying to sell them as NFTs unless previously agreed upon otherwise. Doing this will result in me reporting you to the website you are hosting on and blacklisting you from my commissions. 

- You may not remove any form of signature or watermark from the image. 

- Layered or .PSD files may (no guarantee) be given upon request, but unless asked, you will receive a .PNG of your commission. 

- You may not claim the artwork as your own, trace over it, or very heavily reference it. 

- You may not buy/sell my designs for/to blacklisted individuals and you may not commission art for blacklisted individuals. 

- There are absolutely no refunds once you pay me. If you think you will want to cancel and spend your money on another artist, or you may need the money for something else, do not commission me. The only time I will refund money is if I myself cannot complete the commission for some reason or if it has been 3+ months with little-no update, in which case you will get a full refund.

- These rules may be subject to change, and if you have requested a commission when they are changed, you will have to agree to the new rules for the deal to continue. If you do not agree to the new rules before the commission has started, then you will be given a full refund. If you do not agree to the new rules after the commission has started, you will be given the current progress and will be charged accordingly for the result. For example, if you requested a full-body with color and shading, but all I have done is a black and white full-body sketch, you will be charged for a black and white full-body sketch and the rest will be refunded. 

- Do not resell my designs for more than they were acquired for unless there is additional art. I will possibly make an exception for emergency situations to sell them at a higher price if contacted about it.

- By buying a commission in digital currency, you recognize the fact that any commissions in real currency such as USD, AUD, EURO, etc. come before your commission and are prioritized over yours.

- Killercvts [Association with HAZWAT, using alternate accounts to bypass block/blacklist]

- Dinonoises/Refused [Association with HAZWAT, killercvts, and TheWolfIsDead ]

- TheWolfIsDead [Association with HAZWAT & killercvts, ignorance to grooming, gaslighting]
