Terms of Service

By commissioning me or by buying one of my premade designs you agree to the following terms and rules. You will be held accountable should you violate any of them.

- You must be 13+ to be able to commission me of regular sfw commissions or buying any sfw designs. I will not accept any commissions from anyone younger than 13. You must be 18+ to be able to order any NSFW art or similar to, this includes heavy gore art as well.

- Payment for any commissions is done in full once i am done with the rough sketch and you have accepted it, i will not continue on the commission until the payment has gone through. This is for my own safety to prevent scammers. I will be posting regular wips incase the buyer wishes to change something mid commission as well as layered files if asked for.

- Do not claim my artwork or designs as your own, do not trace over my art work or heavily reference it. I do not mind people using my works as inspiration but it should be transformative and not a direct or close to copy.

- Do not remove my signature or watermarks from my works, It can be placed in another spot on the art should you wish me to do so after the initial commission is done if you feel it's in the way of something. But ask me to do so and don't do it yourself or ask anyone else to do so for you.

- I reserve the right to display the art i make on other sites and social medias unless asked not to. If you do not want your commission to be posted then please state so.

- My art is not to be used in any commercial means for your own gain such as prints, pins and much more unless an agreement has been made beforehand. I will take actions in removing any such products from any sites they are being sold on.

- I don't do refunds once i'm payed. Do not commission me if you believe you will be canceling the commission at any point, wanting to suddenly use the money for something else or if you find yourself in a financial situation. Art is a luxury and not a necessity. There a very few reasons as to why i would refund the money after the commission has been accepted and the sketch has been agreed upon, one of these occasions would be if i cannot finish the commission myself.

- Please do not resell my designs and art for more than what you bought them for. You may of course add on to the price should you have additional art for it.
