WHAT’S IN YOUR POUCH?

Olea’s Pouch is usually a mess, full of anything and everything. She frequently puts something in there and then immediately forgets about it. These are the usual finds within her pouch!

  • Rotating Cat of Seashells and Beach Trinkets
    • She tries to collect shells or other fun finds from every beach or port she stops by! Does she remember where each thing came from? No not really! But that’s okay! Including but not limited to: Fun shells of various sizes; Sand dollars, both broken and full; Sea glass in array of colors; and lost jewelry or coins found in the sand.
  • Seaweed Snacks
    • Dried seaweed, usually in a little baggie to keep them nice! This is just one of her favorite little snacks and she always tries to keep some on her. She will share!
  • Fish-Shaped Pocket Knife
    • A gift from her first-mate, Bait, who probably stole it from a port town but Olea will overlook that because she likes it. It’s small and she always tries to keep it sharp! Having a knife on you while at sea is always useful in some way or another. She’s glad it flips safely closed though, makes it less likely she’ll accidentally hurt herself with it!
  • Old Compass
    • An old compass with a beautiful, intricately crafted octopus on the casing. It still works perfectly, and was a keepsake from her parents she inherited along with her ship. She always forgets to actually use it though.
  • Occasionally, a Turtle
    • Her pet turtle Tudley unexpectedly laid little turtle eggs a while back, and since then the ship has been overrun with little turtles! They try to keep them safe and in proper housing, but they tend to roam. They seem happy enough on the ship, and sometimes Olea will scoop one up and keep it warm and safe in her pouch for a little bit before returning them to their enclosure.
