It hadn't been too long ago that Pebblepaw had evolved and also gotten its full medic name, Pebblesong. Its Wispup half didn't evolve, of course as Wispup didn't have an evolution, but its Mareep half had evolved into a Flaaffy. Granted it didn't change too much, simply getting a pinker underbelly and a longer tail with a wisp on the end. Its partners had both done the same as well! Bunnypaw had become Bunnyclaw and had evolved into a Parvlug, while Poppypaw had become Poppyflight and had her Eevee half evolved into a Sylveon. Pebblesong remembers celebrating excitedly with them both at the last gathering they all attended, each one being so proud of the others and all three finding it really funny they'd all evolved and gotten their full clan names at the same time. Just worked out apparently!

While Pebblesong was extremely proud of itself for gaining its full name finally, it felt as if something was always off. Not about the name itself, it quite liked the name Pebblesong. It had a nice ring to it. But as much as it loved being in Payapaclan, it felt lonely without its girlfriends who were both members of Roseliclan. Sure it got to see them at gatherings, and occasionally when out gathering herbs if either happened to be out patrolling or hunting, but quite frankly Pebblesong hated not being able to just...  be with them. What if the three of them decided they'd like to become full mates instead of just datemates? Would the tugging in its heart to be closer to them remain the same or would it get worse?

As more and more time passed and Pebblesong thought more about things, it knew what it needed to do. It was deadset on it at this point, and next time it saw one of its partners while out gathering herbs for the clan it asked them to bring the other and meet it somewhere near the border, it had something it wanted to discuss. Later that day, during the evening the three met near the border and Pebblesong announced to them that it wanted to join them in their clan, and that if they were comfortable with it they could announce it at the next gathering.

Bunnyclaw and Poppyflight were all for it joining, though their only hesitation came from worrying for Pebblesong. Was it sure? And did it think it'd be comfy doing so? It was the most shy and reserved of the polycule, dealing with a lot of anxiety and often needing help from its partners when it needed to speak up for itself. But as nervous as Pebblesong was to speak in front of an entire gathering, it was more nervous about the idea of spending so much longer with limited access to see its partners. It would join Roseliclan soon, and once they parted ways Pebblesong headed home with the intention to talk to the leader and let them know in advance what it planned to do, and let them know how much its birth clan meant to it even if it was leaving.
