About

These prompts were originally for the alkarnabi community, but with the move over to ToyHouse, I'm going to be altering the prompts to be more neutral in case anyone outside of the community wants to participate!

My life has gotten busier, so I may not update as consistently as I used to. Please subscribe to this literature if you want updates, and favorite so you can return here whenever you'd like!

You may do the prompts for as many or as few ocs as you want.

Feel free to comment links to your prompts, whether you did writing or art. I'd love to see/read them!

Feel free to request prompts! I'd prefer requests be made by commenting on this literature, and not my actual profile. Keeps things a little more organized for me that way.

I'll try to keep a good cycle of different types of prompts, including:

Posting: General / Miscellaneous prompts that are very informal. You don't have to write this in-character, or as a proper piece. You can just talk about the topic as the creator of the characters you're talking about!

Listmakng/Ranking: Make a list of, or rank your characters based on the prompt. Use as few or as many as you want!

Scenario: Your character(s) in a scenario that is either typical or strange. This will usualy ask for their reactions or responses. You can either do this in-character, as a Scene, or you can just Post about what they'd do in that situation.

First Line / Dialogue: I give you the first line, or a line of dialogue, and you write a Scene around it!

Scene: The most formal exercise. Write a scene based on the prompt.

Some of the prompt types overlap, but that's a general idea of what you might find.

Happy creating!
