Bramblesnap lifts his head as Dovespring rushes from his side to fuss over Littlekit, the action of Springkit only irking him more and more. He immediately arises and marches out of the nursery, snapping at Littlekit to grow the fuck up as he glares daggers at Lemonkit, only to be greeted by Talonpaw outside to whom he huffs at, "glad yew find somethin' in this shit."

Lakekit beams at Springkit, promptly flicking her longer fur over her eye. She greets him and asks how his day has been so far before asking if he and Daffodilpaw may want to accompany her in watching the butterflies flutter about camp.

Sourpaw nudges Patchfoot on the shoulder and requests that they do some sparring practice. He feels like he's got some stuff he wants to improve on.

Bramblesnap saunters into the nursery with a dove in his jaws for Dovespring, voice muffled as he asks "what's the lil' shit done this time?" He drops the bird close by the black tabby, staring down at Littlekit.

Bramblesnap asks Dovespring "what's tha' s'pose ta' mean?" His tufted ears pin back and tail lashes as Dovespring gives affection to Littlekit, and he grumbles something about having brought food for Dovespring if she's hungry, scowling down at his forelegs after Littlekit rubs up against them.

Bramblesnap's scowl breaks as Dovespring presses her nose to his cheek, and he cracks a smirk. He nudges his cheek against her own with a low chuckle and tells her to go eat before one of the little pests get to it first.

Lakekit squeaks as the hair is moved from her face but giggles when Springkit continues to talk. She states "that's fine, she might just be busy," and asks if her best friend would like to go as just a pair for the day, trailing out of the nursery with a trip in her step.

Bramblesnap tells Starlingdawn to "grow a fuckin' spine if a kit managed ta' offend yew." The dusty tom sits with Dovespring as she eats and makes some light conversation.

Lakekit excuses herself from her family and sneaks out into the clearing where she stumbles into Spiderkit with a trip. The small kitten greets and apologises to him, asking him if perhaps he'd like some company; he looked a little upset and she wanted to help.

Bramblesnap watches Tanglebranch heading in the direction he'd last seen Dovespring head. He blocks her path before telling her in an oddly almost voice to "stop yer interfering if that's what yew're try'na do, Dove ain't yer kit anymore."

Bramblesnap lets out a hiss as his ears pin back and his dusty fur bristles, his voice less calm as he retorts, "ain't movin' on yer fuckin' command, yew old bitch. Yew've gotta be fuckin' blind ta' not see tha' she ain't bein' helped by yer mollycoddlin."

Bramblesnap grunts as he's smacked around the face by Tanglebranch, moing to strike with his claws unsheathed until Appleshine intervenes, almost swiping at her instead. His large paw meets the ground again with his frustration visible as he rolls his eyes and asks Appleshine if she's ever going to stop lingering around to find shit to get involved in.

With the previous experiences of the day quite obviously getting on his nerves, Bramblesnap can be seen picking up Littlekit by the scruff and slinking out of camp at the sunset hours without a word.

Bramblesnap returned at the crack of dawn. Having made it to his nest successfully earlier on, he awakes with a large stretch and stalks his way through camp to visit Dovespring.

Bramblesnap turns to Curlyrose, raising a brow as he nods. He remains silent and trails beside his brother to wherever he wishes to speak with him.

Bramblesnap remains stood and states to Curlyrose that he doesn't know what business it is of his, but proceeds to explain that he went on a hunting trip and had brought Littlekit out of camp with him. The dusty tom huffs and asks Curlyrose if he's done trying to waste his time now, but as he hears some voices in the distance, Bramblesnap flicks an ear and turns his head towards the group of apprentices.

Bramblekit stands still, his fur prickling on the back of his neck as he hears the laughter of clanmates. His ears pin back as he freezes; he seems to want to spit something out, but nothing but the sound of heavy breaths come from the large tom.

Bramblekit seems at a loss of what to do with himself, once found pacing and now sat pawing at the ground and bugs in the middle of camp. He nods with a frown when Talonpaw offers to take him out but seems to brush off the rest of his words.

Bramblekit lifts his head and murmurs a short explanation to Dovespring, "she played up 'n' they didn't like me fuckin' dealin' with it. Stuck out 'ere now; treatin' me like a kit," the tabby rests his face on the ground, and with Dovespring now knowing his situation he appears to feel even more embarrassed than before.

Bramblekit lifts his head from the ground as Dovespring comes to his side, raising his brows in slight disbelief of her actions. He stands close to the black molly as a faint smile cracks on his face for a split second, but he turns and tells her that it's no use; they're far too stubborn to hear him out.

Bramblekit attempts to keep Dovespring close despite his cold attitude. When Patchfoot approaches, he does nothing more than stare at the tom, but with a huff and a grunt, he stands to his paws and nudges Dovespring in an effort to get her to come along - it's getting dull sitting around camp, after all.

Sourpaw approaches Daffodilpaw and asks "how about that fishing trip we said we'd go on?" He offers a smile but makes sure to explain that there's no pressure, he's not sure if anyone's available to take them both anyway.

Lakekit can be seen avoiding stepping on the shadows that the leaves cast on the floor of the nursery, ensuring that her paws stay in the light. However, her inability to keep her balance due to her tail causes her to topple over, followed by desperate apologies to the shadows she has "disturbed" as well as to anyone she may have stumbled into.

Lakekit blinks at Heatherkit before confirming that she's alright with a soft, sheepish smile followed by another apology. She thanks him for his concern.

Watching the small upset between Dovespring and Birchskip, Bramblekit pads closer to the black molly, nudging her and softly asking if she's alright. He frowns as he tilts his ears back, his focus on Dovespring save for the quickest of glances towards Birchskip as he reassures Dovespring that he'll always be there for her, even if others won't be when all comes to.

Bramblekit watches as Littlekit waddles over to him, noticing the limp in her step as she drops a chunk of what appears to be fur near his paws; he asks her "what the fuck is this?". He lifts his head to observe his surroundings, glancing around to see Poppypaw sulking off before looking down at Littlekit once more, telling her to "piss off," - it seems like the little shits have stopped "pissing about."

Sourpaw can't seem to figure out what Daffodilpaw is trying to tell him, and in his attempt at guessing he takes a couple of wild guesses, one of which includes "stranger clatters teeth at kittens??" Close enough, I suppose?

Bramblekit doesn't seem all too impressed by the squirrel left by Lavanderbloom, but he picks it up and moves further into the shade before falling on his side to rest once more.

Bramblekit trudges over to Patchfoot and states that he wants to leave camp to go hunting... Sooner rather than later.

Sourpaw upon being told he'd be going out training with Bramblekit and Patchfoot swallows the lump in his throat before giving the larger dusty tabby an awkward grin and a nodding greeting. However Bramblekit's scowl that he returns seems to put off the chestnut feline as he slinks behind the two adults.

Bramblekit can sense Sourpaw's "relief" when Cranepaw asks to come along. He grunts in agreement with Patchfoot, seeming to suppress spitting out some kind of argument against the extra company.

Lakekit eagerly responds that she'd love to play in the clearing, and thanks Spiderkit on the way out. She proceeds to apologise for her pitch but her excitement is no less.

Bramblekit wakes up from the long nap he had thrown himself into to see Talonpaw with a duo of birds in his maw. He doesn't say anything in turn, just looks at his friend before dragging one of the birds closer and resting his cheek on the ground once again.

Sourpaw asks Cranepaw if he wants to come fishing or sparring. Whilst he's there, he thanks his friend for joining their little patrol party the other day - it's not that he couldn't handle being around Bramblekit or anything, he just appreciates the company - yea, that's it.

Lakekit asks her siblings what their favourite flowers are. She nudges Fernkit and asks if her sister would be interested in helping her collect whatever favourite flowers they may be able to collect around camp.

Bramblekit doesn't seem to notice Littlekit at first, though his sleep is light, so he awakes and turns to observe fellow clan members walking around him. With a huff, he glares at the kitten, but moves his tail to rest beside her before laying his chin on the ground before him with a grumble.

Lakekit states that she thinks that Fernkit would taste like clouds!! They're fluffy - in a good way - like Fernkit, and probably taste nice and sweet!

Lakekit profusely apologises to Littlekit, asking her if she's hurt and if there's anything she can do to help. The small chestnut molly seems absolutely distraught at her actions and follows her friend around, repeating her "I'm so so sorry's" and offering Littlekit flowers, leaves, twigs, and whatever else she can find to aid her in her recovery - injury to one's shadow really causes quite some damage, after all.

Lakekit states that she and Bubbles have been well, but she feels just awful because she stepped on Littlekit's shadow earlier. She asks Stumpkit if he has been well and if he wants to go and explore the camp; she thinks she saw a cloud that looks like a bird earlier - unless it was a bird (her memory of the exciting sight seems to have faded...)

Bramblekit watches Bonemoth from a distance before trailing off, budging Patchfoot on the shoulder and signalling with a nod of his head. He pads off towards the edge of camp.

Sourpaw seems a little solemn when he notices Sweetpaw's distance, and when Littlekit gets knocked into his sister he purses his lips but doesn't utter a word to Poppypaw. The apprentice's small ears pin back, fumbling with his paws as he excuses himself for training, but makes sure to quickly congratulate Ravencall in passing on his way to find Patchfoot.

Lakekit searches the nursery before approaching Springkit, asking the large tom-kit if he's seen Bubbles. She lost her invisible friend in a game of hide and seek and got distracted - now she can't find her anywhere.

Lakekit approaches Cloverkit with a mouthful of leaves of her own. She asks to join in through the bundle held between her teeth, sheepishly smiling at Cloverkit.

Lakekit grins in response to Cloverkit and chirps out a thank you as she stumbles closer! She joins in, fluffing up a pile of leaves before clumsily running in with a plethora of giggles.

Whilst speaking with Patchfoot, Sourpaw turns bright red beneath his already chestnut fur, hearing Poppypaw's piece about the "curse" and groans a little in embarrassment. Usually he'd speak out for Sweetpaw but he fails to utter a word as he refrains from dragging his ears down his face and covering his eyes with his paws.

Bramblekit grumbles at Stonewatcher, telling the smaller tom to "piss off." He turns to face away, mumbling to himself; " not leant ta' mind yer own fuckin' business yet, fuckin' pisstake."

Bramblekit tells Talonpaw that he doesn't have to stay out with him, but his protests don't seem to budge his friend. He seems to accept the company (eventually), and brings up the fact that he believes it was one of Curlyrose, Poppypaw or Littlekit herself who ratted him out.

Bramblekit dismisses Talonpaw's input with a "yea, yea," explaining that Littlekit is an attention-grabbing pest who probably just learnt her lesson eventually. The accident has happened, been and gone, but his point still stands for Poppypaw and Curlyrose; one had blabbed a little too loud that day, and his brother's previous questioning has only fuelled his suspicions.

Lakekit skips up to Stumpkit, Spiderkit and Springkit and asks if they want to come and play in the leaves. She states that her and Cloverkit had a great time the other day, and thought that her friends and brother may enjoy it too.

Lakekit beams at her brother and asks the group of tom-kits if it's alright if she invites Cloverkit too, stumbling off at the first sign of a nod to greet her acquaintance with an "I hope you're well!" She asks if Cloverkit is interested in joining, but soon shrinks when she starts to realise how unbearable and overwhelming her excitement may seem.

Bramblekit is in a foul mood after having slept in the wind last night. At least he can get a laugh out of seeing the state Talonpaw's pristine slicked-back fur may be in.

Sourpaw, who is seemingly lost in thought, listens to Cranepaw's rambling, and stutters out a "yeah, sure," when offered for his fur to be braided. He weakly smiles at his friend and states that he'd still like a few more braiding lessons some day if he's ever up for it.

Lakekit hadn't wanted to hurt her pawpaw so she opted to stay back with Leafpelt. She giggles as she watches her father play with her siblings but soon approaches Springkit for a chat.

Bramblekit's amusement dies when Talonpaw's little act of revenge irks him, causing the large tom to shake his pelt in order to rid of the leaf (but to little avail.) When Littlekit shows up, he seems less than amused, but something of a chuckle comes from him when the spider is mentioned to be Talonpaw's "favourite," and he urges her to get more for her uncle.

Lakekit seems conflicted at the sight of Stumpkit leaving - she was missing adventure but her parents seemed worried. She runs out behind Stumpkit but eventually trails behind saying she's unsure about this little trip.

Bramblekit budges Talonpaw hard on the arm as a parade of kits trot on by. At first he's confused but eventually sniggers at the sight; he had told Stumpkit that the kitten had been kept all safe and protected most of his life, but he didn't mean that he was to march out into the jaws of a predator with a whole troop of idiots.

Lakekit starts to cry in a panic, apologising to Stumpkit and her father as he leaves.

Lakekit's sobs never cease, but she does take a moment between hefty breaths to thank Gooseheart for carrying her. She apologises profusely to her whole family, especially her parents, wiping her eyes with small paws; she makes sure to stick close to her parents or Stumpkit after that.

Lakekit softly mewls into Leafpelt's chest, promising that she'll never do it again. Now she just hopes that everybody else is alright, especially after Appleshine's scary story.

Bramblekit uses a paw to steer Littlekit towards him and Talonpaw, stating that her story is bullshit; she'd have died if nobody had found her. He raises a brow and asks what happened to her brothers, though it sounds more like a statement to prove his point, and he stands up to fetch some prey.

Bramblekit says that Littlekit's mother sounds like a bitch.

Although Lakekit isn't the brightest of the bunch, she can tell something is off and checks in with Springkit. She sits beside her friend and asks how he is with a soft tone.

Bramblekit wonders how Fangkit hasn't realised that the reason he's getting caught is because he's not even trying to sneak out. He sits next to Dovespring and states that if the kid wants to leave so bad then maybe they should all just let him; it may be best for everybody around here so they can all stop needlessly stressing over something so insignificant.

Bramblekit goes silent for a long moment, shrugs and quietly murmurs flatly that he "couldn't imagine why."

Lakekit waddles along close to Leafpelt whilst her family heads to the elders den. Whilst trying to mimic her mother's movements and steps, she falls flat on her face.

Lakekit offers to help Stumpkit with his punishment. Maybe they can make it more enjoyable with more of them there?

Bramblekit mutters to Talonpaw at the meeting; "thank fuck, finally. Thought they'd never do it ta' 'em."

Lakekit plods up to Stumpkit when he has to leave to do his chores. She asks where he is going; apparently she doesn't quite remember...

Lakekit skips beside Stumpkit stating that she'll help too! With more paws at work, surely it'll get done quicker, then he can go back to doing what he wants to do!

Bramblekit's ears perk at the sound of Poppypaw's voice, and his assumptions are proven correct when he sees Littlekit swagger up to him with a mouthful of brown fur. He tells her to spit it out before staring at Poppypaw with a few lashes of his tail, huffing as he droans out that she needs to stop making a damn scene - she's making him and Dovespring look like more of an embarrassment than everyone already deems them to be.

Bramblekit picks up Littlekit by the scruff and aims to approach Dovespring, though his ears pin back at the sight of Tarantulathistle also seeking her out. The large tom opts to placing Littlekit back down, leaning down to her level and tells her she better quit the backchat if she knows what's good for her.

Bramblekit tells Tarantulathistle in an oddly calm tone that he's able to tell the kit what's right and wrong on his own, and that Littlekit knows that it earns her attention, so it's best he stops feeding her just that. He lies down and starts to groom the top of Littlekit's head.

Lakekit runs over to Springkit, nearly falling on her friend before catching herself and apologising with a giggle. She spots a glowing bug on his pelt and beams, asking all sorts of questions, like where he got it before asking the creature how its day has been (as well as asking Springkit the same, of course!)

Sourpaw trails into the Nursery after the small crowd to visit Poppypaw, initially planning to offer some comforting words to his friend. He hushes his tone and informs Cranepaw, Poppypaw and Daffodilpaw that he reckons that Bramblekit may be encouraging Littlekit's antics, having seen him praise her after the whole fiasco.

Sourpaw sweats and explains that maybe Bramblekit wasn't quite encouraging it, maybe, he doesn't know. He tells Cranepaw in a panic not to tell Appleshine what they don't know is for sure the definite truth or they could all get in deep trouble - he seems unsure of his own words.

Bramblekit would be sauntering about camp when Webwormpaw approaches him - to which he hardly greets her back, only flicking an ear. He stares at the apprentice before blankly stating that Littlekit likely just enjoys the reaction she gets and it also sounds like Poppypaw may also need to learn a thing or two about keeping his trap shut.

Bramblekit turns away from Webwormpaw with a shrug, "dunno who it was, have an idea, but I ain't happy with 'em both either way," and returns to his usual spot. Staring down at Talonpaw's little "map" he cocks his head, "so..?"

Bramblekit turns away from Littlekit grumbling to himself about how he's had two complaints regarding her already, and she's not even his own kit. He tells her to piss off and go to her nest.

Bramblekit lifts his head to look at Talonpaw as he explains, grunting as he realises what Littlekit is doing. He rolls his eyes before resting his chin on the floor.

Bramblekit pushes Littlekit away with his arm, but after a couple of futile attempts, he stands up and walks off.

Bramblekit tries to push Littlekit off of his back when she successfully makes the climb up. He goes to snap at the kitten, but when his eyes spot clanmates still around, he grumbles to himself and keeps walking with Littlekit still clinging onto him, occasionally shaking his pelt.

Although relived that Littlepaw may now have somewhere else to sleep besides next to him, Bramblekit finds himself staring blankly at the announcement regarding Wolfpaw. He finds Dovespring after the meeting and sits down beside her.

Lakekit waits for Dogwoodsnarl to finish speaking with Littlepaw before congratulating her friend.

Bramblekit remains beside Dovespring and smiles back at her before heading to Wolfpaw's funeral. He stays silent throughout the whole thing, though he comes out of it rather calm and oddly chipper, greeting the black tabby once more and offering a walk about the territory.

Bramblekit's head turns away as the large tom catches sight of Littlepaw's protests. He looks at Talonpaw and states that they both need something to eat, standing to fetch some prey.

Bramblekit groans after shaking his pelt, stating to Talonpaw, "wish Dove never took any notice of the lil' fucker. Would've been fine still 'round 'ere; it's a pisstake."

Bramblekit stares at Talonpaw, lashing his tail with his ears pinned back. "They chose ta' have me; different story."

Lakekit plods up to Gorseheart, curiosity in her wide eyes as she peers up at him after stumbling near the larger feline's paws. She greets him and asks how he is before sitting to listen to his stories, encouraging Springkit and Cloverkit to join her and listen in too if they wish; the older tom is an amazing storyteller, she explains.

Obviously displeased with others lingering close by, Bramblekit huffs and slinks off to find out whoever is blessed with the lovely job of accompanying him out of camp today.

Sourpaw drags his ears over his face as much as he can with a groan - he's tired of the nonsense and bickering. Spotting Carnationpaw, he warily approaches her and offers for her to come training with him and Patchfoot; he may not know the other Apprentice well but he's not blind to her solemn nature.

Sourpaw states that he gets it to Carnationpaw - it gets annoying and he's lucky to have a mentor who gives a damn, also apologising for being moody around them in earlier moons - he's still trying to understand some things around here. The red tom takes the lead and seeks out Patchfoot, asking if it's alright if they bring another Apprentice along with them today as they've been having a hard time with their mentor.

Lakekit looks up in complete and utter awe at the stranger before letting out a soft gasp. She apologises to Stonewatcher for her staring, and with wide sparkling eyes Lakekit explains that she loves his fur - it's so pretty - but oh gosh, is she being rude, was her comment too sudden?

Lakekit approaches Bushkit and Fernkit after giving her awkward compliment. After nearly falling onto Fernkit, she apologises and asks what they're laughing about - only if they don't mind sharing, of course!

Lakekit giggles lightly in small breaths and squeaks, covering her mouth as she does. She leans to Bushkit when Fernkit is caught up in her laughter and gently asks what the joke means as her smile fades; she doesn't understand...

Sourpaw catches sight of Poppypaw running away and swiftly follows his friend out to check on him, a fair few paces behind. Once caught up, he asks Poppypaw what's wrong and if there is anything that he can do to help sort the situation?

Sourpaw explains that that can't be true - Poppypaw outshines most (if not all) of the clan! The red tom isn't the best with comfort, but he tells Poppypaw that whoever rejected him obviously has poor taste, the cats around here have always had strange views, and he'll come to find someone far better some day - he deserves better treatment!

Bramblekit flicks the mouse away with a paw, getting up and causing Littlepaw to tumble back. He walks off and demands that Patchfoot takes him out of camp, now.

Lakekit cocks her head, confused and nods along.

When accompanied out of camp, Bramblekit seems to bring back more prey than he usually does, heading straight back out with his chaperone as soon as his catch is dropped off. Patchfoot seems to be the main cat who the large tom approaches to demand an outing with, though Dovespring is often asked too.

Lakekit continues to help Stumpkit with his punishment and asks if he doesn't mind her practicing her leaf decorating skills on him.

Sourpaw brings some moss for Poppypaw's nest in the medicine den as well as a couple of small freshly caught fish. He spends some time with his friend, offering to chit-chat or even sneak him out without his mentor noticing.

Lakekit excitedly works on trying to place leaves in Stumpkit's fur; one before each ear, a few in the tail - they look mismatched to say the least. She says that he can move as much as he wants, and not to worry because it's all the better practice, surely?

Bramblekit calls Stumpkit over with a nod and a hushed "psst, here, kid." It seems that the older tom has stuck to his little promise with the younger.

Bramblekit stands with a glance in Talonpaw's direction. He leads Stumpkit to one of the further areas of camp and tells him that there's not a whole lot he can do stuck in here, but it's not like there's absolutely nothing; it seems like asking for an escort still leaves a sour taste in his mouth.

Sourpaw runs after Daffodilpaw, concerned for his friend. He's starting to think knowing others is difficult again, but he wants to keep his head held high and be a shoulder to lean on for those he cares about.

Bramblekit hears the yelling about camp and tells Stumpkit that he doesn't want to wind up like that lot.

Bramblekit scowls down at Littlepaw in silence before turning away to take Stumpkit out for today's round of training.

Lakekit asks Stumpkit how his adventure was (if he doesn't mind sharing.) She asks him if he has seen any of those glowing bugs that "Sprungkit" is friends with - they're super cool.

Bramblekit sits down next to Dovespring now that Littlepaw is finally bothering somebody else. He blankly states that he's fed up and wants to go hunting.

Bramblekit nods to Dovespring with a smile and leads the way. Upon seeing Curlyrose, Magpiewish and Littlepaw leaving camp as well, he makes sure to head in a different direction

Although tired from running around, Sourpaw keeps trying to lift the spirits of those he calls friends. After taking some fresh moss to Poppypaw and giving a small fish to Daffodilpaw, the red tom slinks to Patchfoot for more training - sparring practise.

Sourpaw creeps into the apprentices' den after a long training session... Something doesn't feel quite right ; he ain't trustin' this.

Sourpaw seems to have eventually figured out this whole ordeal by now and has been searching for his own nest for a while... He seems upset as he finds that his nest happens to be beside Littlepaw's (Poppypaw's old nest,) and after an attempt to drag it elsewhere, he leaves because who the hell has time for this crap??!?

Bramblekit pins his ears back as he spots Dovespring with Tanglebranch and Birchskip. His moody expression doesn't shift as the black tabby approaches.

Bramblekit mentions in conversation that he's tired of his punishment and he has little clue what else to do about it. As much as he hates to have to ask for a chaperone, he suggests that Dovespring comes with him whilst he goes hunting.

Bramblekit states that if the leaders have actually paid attention to his good work, then he may not have to be dragged around like a kit by Talonpaw..

Bramblekit gives Talonpaw that kinda look that says "these pricks again?" before he looks down at Littlepaw and Stumpkit. He's not amused by the tom's attempt at an accent and he turns away from Littlepaw's offerings, he moves away without reason or word.

Bramblekit picks Fernkit up by the scruff and plops her down in front of Timberfoot. He tells him to buck up and take control of his fucking kids.

Bramblekit turns and calmly states that he hasn't done anything in the wrong; Timberfoot's little shits keep approaching him. "Never thought much 'a' yew, but I assumed yew'd at least teach 'em not ta' start pissin' other's off; get a fuckin' grip 'n' grow a spine already," Bramblekit hisses as he pads back to Talonpaw and Dovespring.

Bramblekit is a little groggy after sleeping - the lack of movement compared to usual has seemed to have taken a bit of a toll on him, yet he manages to stay awake enough to process Stralingdawn's offer. He stands, huffs, rolls his shoulders, and proceeds to respond with a slow and light nod, heading out with the older feline.

Bramblekit looks down at Stumppaw, obviously still peeved that he hasn't been given his name back yet. He let's out a disgruntled sigh, mumbling something about being messed about with, but quietly states to his apprentice that he'll start their training tomorrow - he'll come and collect Stumppaw in the morning..

Lakepaw twists around, her gaze a bit lost as she searches for Honeybloom, unsure of what her mentor looks like. When approached, she smiles and stumbles up to the holder feline and greets her as politely as she possibly can, stating that she is also looking forward to it!

Bramblekit leaves as Stumppaw does to search for Dovespring, however, he is less than pleased when he spots Dovespring giving Littlepaw a feather. His fur prickles, tail lashes, and he heads out of camp.

Lakepaw looks shocked whilst listening to Littlepaw as she sets up a nest, trying her best to make it all fluffy like how her mama makes them. She states, "oh no, that's awful! I hope that Poppypaw's okay,"  at the same time as running around with a half-built nest, trying to figure out who she should ask to put it next to.

Sourpaw rolls his eyes in passing and tells Littlepaw to stop being such a two-faced nuisance already; she's only caused upset to Poppypaw (but, of course, he's only heard one side of the story.) He whispers to Daffodilpaw and Sweetpaw that he heard from someone else that it was actually Littlepaw who gave Poppypaw the disease, if he even has one, likely from her biting their fellow apprentice...

Bright and early, Bramblekit stands at the entrance to the apprentices' den, calling Stumppaw with a psst, here kid. He nods in the direction to head out of camp, stating some ground rules they'll have to have because he can't afford Stumppaw fucking this up for him.

Bramblekit is utterly relieved to be out of camp without the need of a chaperone anymore, leading the way around as if it were only yesterday he had wandered this far alone. He had planned to start with hunting, perhaps, but on the way he had instead found himself staring at Stumppaw's findings, asking what he has found, then proceeds to wait for the small tom to do whatever with the item before swiftly moving on.

Lakepaw ventures out with her friend, Littlepaw. She collects some leaves on their little outing.

Lakepaw later saunters up to her brother Stumppaw with some leaves in her mouth, laying them nearby him if he has a moment to talk. She hesitantly tells him what she remembers her pawpaw saying about how the leaves resemble the friendship between two cats and she wants to take on that tradition, though not all information is recalled correctly as her paws shuffle on the ground; they may be siblings, but he's been very kind to her and she wants to thank him for being there!

Bramblekit grunts as he is woken up by Stumppaw, going to shift the younger tom away with a large paw; he doesn't seem to need to, however, as his apprentice slips up on his words. Getting up and shaking his dusty pelt, Bramblekit grumbles for the "kid" to "get yer ass back 'ere" for training as he follows.

Bramblekit tells Talonthorn to "shut yer fuckin' mouth." He isn't amused, but doesn't question Stumppaw's slip up any further as he takes the younger out of camp for training.

Upon returning, Bramblekit brings back a large, fat rabbit for Dovespring. Dropping it at her paws, he proceeds to rest beside her without a word.

Bramblekit creeps out at night to the general area where the graves of his "family" members lie. He silenty returns not long after and falls asleep a little distance from Talonthorn.

Sourpaw brings a fish for Sweetpaw and asks her how she's feeling now their rank-up is just around the corner. Pretty scary, huh - but he isn't scared; no, no, he's totally chilled out about it!

Lakepaw seems nervous now training has started, but she brings Honeybloom a couple of flowers to try to make a good impression, although some aren't in the best condition with the current season kept in mind.

Sourpaw grows bored of talking to a not-so-present Sweetpaw, so when he spots Poppypaw ambling about, he almost excitedly joins him for a chat instead. He seems upbeat until he approaches the fellow apprentice, when he seems to try to act a lot more relaxed than he actually is..

Bramblekit is rather unresponsive and withdrawn when he takes Stumppaw out for training today, but does insist that they focus on hunting whilst there's still something to catch. He has been allowing his apprentice to take the lead when they travel far enough beyond the camp; he won't learn if he never does it himself.

Sourpaw asks Poppypaw how he's feeling about the whole Swanwhisper situation.

Lakepaw pins her ears back and states that she's never done a prank, but she's had a few played on her before; are pranks meant to be nice, they didn't always feel nice... As Littlepaw reassures her that the one she intends to pull is nothing mean, Lakepaw follows her friend but seems unsure as she stumbles along close by.

Sourpaw smiles at Poppypaw, telling him that it's good that he's moved on, he deserves so much better! He lowers his tail as Poppypaw explains that he has taken interest in another since but his smile doesn't waver; he's curious as to who it may be.

Lakepaw follows close behind Littlepaw like a sheep, still unsure about whether or not hiding somebody's nest is actually a nice thing to do. However, the small kitten hesitantly nods along; if it has a positive effect on Poppypaw, then it can't be bad, plus Littlepaw is smart and knows what she's on about, right?

Bramblekit yanks his mouse away from Talonthorn with a roll of his eyes before throwing it at his friend. "Draw ain't a win, keep it."

Bramblekit sniggers at his friend until Talonthorn makes his little remark about him being a "tom-kit." His ears prick up as he hears Dovespring, however, and he tells her to sit with them, though he huffs at her rambling and her praise towards Talonthorn...

Bramblekit pays little to no mind to Poppypaw sleeping not too far from himself and Talonthorn. As soon as the sun rises over the mountains, the large tom collects Stumppaw for training; it's better than the younger prodding at his side yet another morning.

Lakepaw asks Littlepaw if they had really helped heal Poppypaw, and if so, she truly felt like she had done a good deed. Smiling at Littlepaw, the small molly thanks her friend for always being kind and considerate to those around her, it's very admirable.

Lakepaw approaches Honeybloom and politely greets her mentor. She says that she doesn't mind what they cover today and asks what Honeybloom thinks may be best, though she has heard that climbing is rather fun, she also apologises for being indecisive.

Bramblekit offers Talonthorn to go out hunting with him, then turns to Dovespring and states that she is welcome to come along with the two toms. He grumbles something about his apprentice being more invested in playing around like a kit than training right now.

Lakekit pauses for a moment but eventually nods her head in response to Honeybloom's question. Maybe training with another apprentice would be fun and help keep her mind from wandering so much?

Sourpaw gives Poppypaw a smile in his attempt to seem suave, nodding his head in agreement, though he isn't too sure he trusts Beetlepaw just yet. As Poppypaw makes his point, Sourpaw opens his mouth to respond, but when he faces the other tom, he can feel his face warm up as his smile wavers and heart thuds against his chest.

Lakepaw would be watching the evening clouds when Littlepaw approaches her, she gasps and states that she doesn't know, maybe it happened two days ago... She asks Littlepaw, concerned, if others cannot see her now that she is a ghost; Littlepaw must have some kind of ghost-seeing gift!

Lakepaw's ears pin back as a few tears well up in her eyes. That doesn't sound too pleasant, she admits, and through a couple of shaky breaths the she-cat whimpers that she's going to be a ghost forever...

Sourpaw groans as he enters the camp again, flopping down in his nest but soon enough spots some flowers by the side of it. He hesitantly reaches out for them, looks around, double-checks the room, and when the coast is clear, the tom holds the blooms close to his chest as a soft smile creeps its way onto his face.

Lakepaw, who had spent the night close to Littlepaw, seems rather solemn. However, she soon perks up as she watches the leaves fall from the trees outside in the breeze, wondering if Honeybloom or Spiderpaw can also see ghosts.

Lakepaw seems surprised, and as a few tears of joy trail down her face she throws her arms around Spiderpaw. She apologises for the sudden action, quickly stepping back as she thanks her friend for the offer, agreeing to go training with him whilst trailing close by.

Lakepaw, who has been busying herself with spending time with Bubbles as of late, turns to listen to Littlepaw, the other molly's words causing a quivering smile to appear on her face. He states that it's alright, she just hopes that her mama and pawpaw remember her - oh, but apparently Spiderpaw can also see the dead, and Bubbles is always here with her too.

Lakepaw is about to ask Littlepaw how her morning  has been, though when informed that her best friend, Bubbles has passed away, she bursts into muffled tears; she covers her eyes with her paws, sobbing and apologising to Bubbles despite her friend's lack of presence. The chestnut molly thanks Littlepaw for informing her before running off into a bush to weep.

Lakepaw seems surprised that Springpaw can see her, but she continues to cry as she lies close to her friend. She whimpers that she never wanted to hurt Bubbles and that she's going to miss her so so much - she just feels awfully guilty and it's all her fault.

Lakepaw thanks Springpaw and Honeybloom for being kind as she sticks close to the large tom and her mentor. She mumbles that she feels bad because she didn't get to say goodbye properly

Sourpaw catches sight of Daffodilpaw and Beetlepaw, his ears pinning back as he shuffles his paws. He backs away goes to find Poppypaw to catch up a little, bringing a freshly caught fish for his friend.

Lakepaw nods to Littlepaw and says that she thinks that Bubbles may have liked that. At least more of her clanmates can see her now, but she can't help but feel like her visibility was at the cost of her best friend since kithood.

Lakepaw thanks everybody for being there for Bubbles, they're all so kind, and especially thanks Honeybloom for the reassurance. She helps lay some flowers down for her friend with a few sniffles and gladly sleeps close to Fernpaw that night, though she seems to be in low spirits.

Bramblekit isn't all too pleased that Stumppaw has been lingering about the apprentice den so much as of late. He signals for his apprentice to follow behind him as he heads out to the graves of his old family members, telling Stumppaw to take a good, long look at them.

Bramblekit explains to Stumppaw that "this," he shoves him forward, "will be yew if yew don't get a grip;" if that's what Stumppaw wants for himself then he's traveling along the right lines - they all died by no fault but their own. Bramblekit turns around and offers Stumppaw a hunting trip when he's got his act together.

Sourpaw is happy to train with Poppypaw, and knowing that Nightfrost is a bit of a drag, he doesn't ask about checking with him first. He's just happy to spend some time with his friend.

Bramblekit checks to see where abouts Stumppaw is today, checking the apprentice den first. So much for training a youngster to aid him in getting his name back - he ended up being given a useless slob.

Bramblekit takes the lead and mumbles to Stumppaw that he should drop the attitude or he may as well give up entirely, even Littlepaw has some kind of drive. His ears pin back as he heads out; maybe he should check with Appleshine to see if she reckons Stumppaw's ignorance can be fixed - obviously words aren't working their charm.

Lakepaw, although still a little tired and upset since the passing of Bubbles seems a lot more chipper today, especially when her sister approaches causing her to hold a paw up to her mouth, blushing bright red beneath her fur. "Really?"; she turns to look around as her bi-coloured eyes land on Spiderpaw and she shuffles her paws with an awkward titter.

Lakepaw states that she's not sure that Spiderpaw likes her like that, her nervousness kicking in since Spiderpaw really is lovely in her opinion. Oh gosh, she isn't sure; maybe she should wait it out, but everybody seems to want her to respond now, so she frantically nods as she begins to sweat...

Bramblekit murmurs that he'd rather not have Stumppaw get side-tracked by his friend, but as he spots Appleshine, his ears flick and he huffs, following along. When they have a moment where the apprentices are at a little distance, he blankly asks Appleshine if he's made any "progress."

Lakepaw still seems very unsure about this, but as Poppypaw and Fernpaw decorate her, she feels like she's obliged to go along with it all now. However, as she approaches Spiderpaw, she yelps as she trips over her own paws and tail before running away from the tom.

Bramblekit frowns as he pads forward, clearly discontent with the answer - patience has never been his forte.

Sourpaw asks Cranepaw if they're available to help him pick out some flowers. He needs ones that scream "you're super cool 'n' all, y'know? But like, in a suave and chill way."

Sourpaw thanks Cranepaw and wanders off to place some poppies around Poppypaw's nest. He tries to weave them in neatly but in the rush of things, he leaves it looking more like an organised mess as he scrambles off for fishing with Riftheart.

Bramblekit grumbles that he doesn't get what the big deal is, ears to the back of his neck as there are a few squeals of excitement. When Dovespring returns, he states that he should go with her to get some more flowers - he can probably find them something to eat on the way.

Lakepaw says to Honeybloom that she doesn't remember if they were training today or not - but either way is fine, of course! She thought she'd just come and check, but the young she-cat also has antoher quick question for her mentor.

Bramblekit silently stares down at Stumppaw before turning and leading the way out of camp. He tells Stumppaw to take the lead and try tracking down a rabbit burrow to start with, as they covered before.

Sourpaw accepts Poppypaw's offer, stating that the poppies in his fur look great on him as he fumbles with his paws a little. He gladly accompaniesPoppypaw out of camp but looks at Tarantulathistle with a questioning look.

Sourpaw's brows raise at the sight of a heap of woven flowers in the middle of the field, ears perked as he listens to Poppypaw speak about their time as friends. Sourpaw stumbles on his words, but eventually splutters out that he does feel the same and has for a while now; he'd love to have something more with Poppypaw.

Lakepaw seems utterly fascinated with Springpaw's rock collection. She says they're very pretty and he's doing a good job being a "rock papa."

Lakepaw says that Springpaw really doesn't have to give one away, but when she is passed a rock she states that she'll try her best to look after it well. It's clear that Lakepaw will treasure the gift dearly.

Sourpaw's eyes light up but soon dull in an attempt to seem chill. He states that "sure, he'd like to share a fish with Cranepaw.

Lakepaw stumbles over her words as she asks Honeybloom about how you know if you're in love?

Bramblekit gets up in the night to take Stumppaw out for training. The youngster needs to get used to different conditions, after all.

Sourpaw fusses over Cranepaw saying that if they wanted to braid fur, there were plenty of other cats they could propose the idea to.... But he wishes his friend good luck trying as he looks for someone to go fishing with him; he seems to be staring at Ospreychaser before hesitantly asking her if she's available.

Sourpaw explains to Ospreychaser that he's glad to hear it because he wants to catch the best fish he can for Poppypaw. He wants to "get him a gift that makes me and him look good, but nothing in your face, y'know? "

Lakepaw seems fascinated with what Honeybloom is saying, and tries to absorb it all. She sheepishly thanks her mentor whilst shuffling her paws with a smile.

Lakepaw isn't sure how she feels about the snake, having edged up to Spiderpaw to ask if it was dangerous or not when it made its appearance. When the coast is clear, she wanders up to Springpaw when he returns and tells him about the "friend" Littlepaw found and showed them all, though she seems upset by the fact that the creature was killed - it must have felt horrible...

Sourpaw approaches Poppypaw with (what he believes to be) a rather impressive fish in his mouth. Looking oh-so proud of himself, he presents it to the other apprentice with a big grin.

Sourpaw seems extremely proud of himself as Poppypaw seems impressed, but he soon enough states that "yeahh, it's no big deal, though; could do it again if I wanted." His eyes widen as he realises that he hadn't offered to share and asks Poppypaw if he'd like to accompany him to split the fish.

Bramblekit collects Stumppaw and states that he wants to work on battle training today. He supposes that Stumppaw can bring another apprentice as an opponent to start with.

Lakepaw asks Honeybloom if it would be alright if she asks Springpaw to join them for training one day?

Lakepaw thanks Honeybloom before approaching Timberfoot and Springpaw with a kind greeting, asking how his day has been so far and how he's doing. She goes on to ask if him and Springpaw would like to go training with herself and Honeybloom, ensuring that she tells her father that she's been given permission to ask.

Lakepaw also asks Springpaw how he is and tells him that she's been keeping her rock healthy. She tells him that he doesn't have to come along if he doesn't want to, but the offers always open - he's her best friend, after all.

Lakepaw visits Cloverkit and asks how the other is feeling and if her recovery has gone well. Whilst she's there, she also visits her sister, Fernpaw, and asks how training in the medicine den is going.

Bramblekit approaches Appleshine and grumbles a question; something about if anything needs doing and how to go about it. As if having an apprentice wasn't enough to keep him busy.

Bramblekit murmurs to himself before begrudgingly seeking out Stumppaw to come with him. He tells him "don't worry, kid, ain't gonna be doin' stick collectin' the whole time."

Sourpaw brings some flowers to Poppypaw and chats to him. He says nothings been going on so he's not too sure what to do with himself, but maybe his rank-up will bring some form of entertainment for himself.

Bramblekit shakes the snow off of his pelt as he gets up and heads out of camp. He later returns with the best rabbit he can find and plops it in front of Dovespring.

Bramblekit shrugs and states "how am I s'poded ta' know?" He looks at Dovespring and asks if she wants to go somewhere else to chat; the look of camp just about makes him sick.

Sourpaw runs into camp, breathing heavily as he spots and approaches Appleshine, panting out something along the lines of "at the river - them - injured." He then darts up to Starlingdawn, spluttering out the same panicked slurs.

Bramblekit seems to be coming around into consciousness but is coughing up water as clan members approach. At first, he tries to put out a paw and moves about to stop Starlingdawn from tending to his wounds, but eventually, he gives in with a groan of pain, tears trailing down his face.

Bramblekit is violently shivering as the air gets to him, still coughing and wincing as he does. He feels himself slip in and out of consciousness as Starlingdawn continues to treat him, silent from the shock.

Sourpaw explains to Poppypaw that "a- Bramble - other - Rift - injure - water - hhHHH."

Sourpaw frantically nods, and ends with a comment on how Poppypaw's good at figuring out jibberish. He seems panicked and states that he just hopes that everybody makes it back safe and alive; he'd feel like he failed them else.

Bramblekit awakes, groggy as he takes a moment to realise Starlingdawn beside him. The large tom goes to move or shove the medicine cat away but ends up wincing, letting out a low cry of agony instead.

Bramblekit processes what Starlingdawn has just informed him of, resisting the urge to stretch as he feels the pain in his back perhaps even a little worse than the day before. As he eyes Riftheart across the den, Bramblekit mutters something under his breath, slumping down to remain still a little more comfortably.

Sourspirit seems proud of his rank up, holding Sweetpea's face with his paws and saying "look, we did it!" He gathers himself before talking to Poppypaw and Cranepaw, thanking them as he blushes and returns the gesture to Poppypaw.

Bramblesnap glares at Stumppaw and asks if he's blind; no, but he isn't happy about all of this, either. Noticing Starlingdawn leaving, the large tom grumbles that he'll be out of here in no time.

Bramblesnap stares at Stumppaw until he hears another padding into the den. At first, he rolls his eyes in belief that it'll be another one of Riftheart's visitors, but then moves his head so as to not listen to Littlepaw once he realises it is her.

Bramblesnap eyes Stonewatcher and rolls to face away with a twinge of pain. He doesn't respond to anything Littlepaw does, but eventually pulls the bird closer and fumbles around with it, plucking out feathers and yanking at its legs with his teeth.

Bramblesnap shoves Littlepaw away with a leg in his sleep.

Sourspirit feels lonely in the warrior den, tossing and turning all night. He glances at Sweetpea and mutters to himself that he misses being around Poppypaw.

Sourspirit looks about the den before nuzzling close to Sweetpea. He's never been great with change, but having somebody he knows well close by brings a smile to his face as he finds himself falling asleep once more.

Bramblesnap tries his best to get up and out of his nest, his movements shifting Littlepaw away a tad. He's obviously still in pain and struggles to achieve a couple of steps towards the entrance...

Bramblesnap looks up from his nest to see Stumppaw, greeting him with a muffled "hey, kid." He seems tired, probably from him attempts to get up and walk out.

Sourspirit takes a moment, about to ask if they should get a warrior to go with them until he remembers he is a warrior... He agrees with a proud expression, striding out whilst checking that Poppypaw is by his side.

Bramblesnap lifts his head to eye Talonthorn beside him. He remains silent for a while but eventually asks where Dovespring is, avoiding the subject of his situation.

Bramblesnap only huffs in response to Talonthorn. When Stumppaw starts groovin' he simply purses his lips and eventually turns over; he ain't dealing with this shit today.

Bramblesnap backs up in his nest a little as Fernpaw is allowed to apply the poultice to his wounds. He gives Starlingdawn a rather unamused look, and when Fernpaw starts to press hard on his injuries, the large tom lets out a low grumble, a light hiss at the end.

Lakepaw spots Springpaw probably looking for somebody and decides to saunter over, watching her steps carefully about her tail. She looks up at her friend and greets him with a smile, asking how he is and how training has been going; it's been a while!

Sourspirit is surprised to see Sweetpea in the medicine den when he goes to visit Riftheart. He glances around, staring at Bramblesnap who seems to react to the faint mention of Dovespring; he assumes the tabby will be fine, asking Riftheart how he's holding up.

Bramblesnap gets fed up with lying around and heads towards the exit of the medicine den, sniffing at the air a little.

Bramblesnap spits "well, I'm here, ain't I?"

Sourspirit glances up as the snow falls, mentioning to Poppypaw "isn't that more than usual?" But he soon wipes the concern off of his face as he looks to the apprentice close by, shakily tittering it off with a shrug.

Sourspirit has to stop himself from spluttering out a few words before nodding to them. "Yea, I agree, good plan," he smiles, inching closer to Poppypaw, offering another outing if Poppypaw is up for it.

Bramblesnap pulls his ears down over his face as he lies in his nest in the medicine den. He starts to snap at Stonewatcher, telling him to sit the fuck down, but  his voice only trails off into silence.

Lakepaw pads up to the snow outside the den, somewhat close to Heatherpaw. "I think so? It doesn't look too dangerous; what do you think Stumppaw?" she comments with questioning, pawing at the substance that was new to her.

Lakepaw lets out a soft gasp in response to Littlepaw and asks, "really?"  She states that she's never met her friend's papa, but he sounds great from what she has told her; though internally she feels unsure about calling Gorseheart less worthy of the rank, he must have deserved it somehow, right?

Lakepaw spots Spiderpaw  outside the medicine den and asks him if he's OK. She can ask Honeybloom if he can come training with them if he would like.

Although he still feels twinges of pain, Bramblesnap walks out of the den and is greeted by none other than Magpiewish and Talonthorn bickering. He rolls his shoulders with a crack of his bones before finding Stumppaw.

Bramblesnap gruffly tells Stumppaw to "chin up, kid. The dusty tom nods with another crack of his neck, then gestures for Stumppaw to follow him

Lakepaw has tears streaming down her cheeks as she lies in the bushes, the snow piling up around her. The small molly shivers in the cold but doesn't leave her spot.

The fur upon Bramblesnap's spine prickles as Curlyrose gives his personal goodbyes to him. The dusty tom hisses at his remaining full brother and breaks his quiet streak, snapping that it was about time Curlyrose finally caved in and fucked off; "yer just like yer fuckin' mother."

Lakepaw asks if Fernpaw is sure before cuddling up beside her sister. She hides her face in Fernpaw's fur and thanks her for her kindness.

Sourspirit nods along with uncertainty, confused by Cranepaw's request, but he doesn't question it further. He plods along and takes his friend out of camp for a chat.

Lakepaw flutters her eyes open, taking a moment to adjust before sleepily opening her arms to welcome Stumppaw into the cuddle pile. She seems in low spirits, but her brother's presence allows her to crack a soft smile, albeit weak.

Bramblesnap turns to Stumppaw with a snarl, obviously still fuming from the previous events of the moon. He huffs a sharp exhale and tells Stumppaw that if he's been listening in training, he'll know how fast to run after a fleeing rabbit; plus, he's up against a she-cat with a major fault.

Lakepaw seems nervous, her tail curling around her paws as she holds herself low. She flicks her fur from her eyes, weakly smiling as she is approached by Springpaw, and asks "do you think so? I don't know, but thank you, Springpaw, you're very kind."

Sourspirit seems in a complete and utter panic - he had only seen Cranepaw yesterday! He sits up against one of the camp's surrounding bushes, paws rubbing his eyes and hitting his own head; oh StarClan had he missed something, was something ever implied by his friend?

Sourspirit seems lost in thought, eyes tired. He still makes time to talk to Patchfoot, however.

Bramblesnap, slinks out of the den with a shake of his pelt and stands close to Stumppaw. When the other notes his presence, Bramblesnap trails off and looks back to Stumppaw, expecting for his apprentice to follow.

Bramblesnap trudges through the puddles whilst grumbling to Stumppaw that if he wants to lean he's got to start taking initiative. He shoves the apprentice in front of him and waits for him to move on despite the vague instructions.

Bramblesnap turns to Talonthorn and asks *"what the fuck did yew do?"

Lakepaw admits to Honeybloom that she is unsure about competing against her sister, but she approaches Nestlepaw and wishes her luck; she knows her littermate will do amazing.

Lakepaw thanks Honeybloom before asking if her mentor minds sharing any ideas she may have. She's not all too sure what prey to seek out, quite frankly.

Bramblesnap scowls down at Stumppaw, grumbling to the apprentice before pushing past and heading out of camp. He turns his head and spits, "yew wanna be fuckin' useless? Then keep it up, runt."

Bramblesnap shakes his pelt as his fur weighs him down, though the other aspects of the storm faze him less. He stares up at the display in the clouds whilst telling Stumppaw to get some rest - he'd be no use over-exhausted.

Bramblesnap spits at Talonthorn "piss off" before he picks himself up to a stand. His gaze follows Talonthorn's own and he grumbles before heading out into the mud and rain; "lil' shit won't train himself."

Lakepaw thanks Nestlepaw and congratulates Flowerpaw whilst she's there. She tells them both she thinks that they both did absolutely amazing!

Bramblesnap stalks back up to the camp, his fur drenched as he carries a decently sized rabbit. He urges Dovespring to come with him to find some shelter elsewhere.

Bramblesnap trudges right over to Dovespring, shaking off his pelt as best he can, and instructs that she is to walk with him. He tells her to stay close and don't fuss over the others - if they've any sense they'll stick with the group; he ushers her forward, seemingly more panicked than usual.

Lakepaw calls for her mother and siblings wearily in the crowd. She's appears worried as she stands, frantically looking for anybody to tag along with.

Sourspirit swiftly begins to wade his way through, his paws moving as fast as they could. He latches onto Sweetpea and tries to help her through the water all whilst fussing over his sister, asking if she is ok in a worried cry.

Lakepaw latches onto the rock bySpiderpaw and repeats "it's gonna be ok!" over and over and over. She seems to be telling both of them this, keeping her hopes high as best she can as she tries her hardest to help her friend out.

Bramblesnap spots Stumppaw struggling in the water considering how small he is and grabs him by the scruff before practically tossing Stumppaw onto his back. He continues to urge Dovespring forward with a grunt, wading his way through the waters as they rise around him; is he trembling?

Bramblesnap doesn't hear Stumppaw's thanks and continues to the caves. "Fuck this."

Lakepaw thanks Honeybloom and profusely apologises. She continues to tremble as tears stream down her cheeks.

Sourspirit continues to help Sweetpea but in the back of his mind he's immensely worried about Poppywhisper... He gets Sweetpea to land before rushing back to find his partner; "Sweetpea, stay. Please..."

Sourspirit cries out to Poppywhisper latching onto the other as soon as he's close enough

Sourspirit huffs as he stands at the edge of the caves, everything hitting him even harder now he's had a moment to stand still. He shakes his head and focuses on the water, checking if anybody else needs any assistance.

Bramblesnap stops at the water's edge, practically shaking Stumppaw off of him as he pants and clears some water from his pelt. He's visibly trembling as he grumbles and throws himself to the floor in the caves.

"'M fine," is all Bramblesnap utters in response to Stumppaw as he stares at the cavern wall.

Lakepaw clings to Honeybloom, continuing to thank her mentor. She promises that she'll make it up to her.

Sourspirit takes a deep breath and swims back out, and it takes him a while but he spots Daffodilpaw rather far out. He asks her "what the hell are you doing out here, Daff!?" before trying to grab onto her, but he gets swept under the rising waters.

Sourspirit gasps for air before grunting out in pain, yelping something about a "rock or something" with a couple of profanities thrown into the mix. He grabs onto Daffodilpaw and pulls her in the right direction, pleading, "no time -  gotta - back."

Lakepaw weakly smiles at Honeybloom, only able to muster a light nod before she waddles over to her family. Upon seeing Timberfoot, her tears don't cease and she holds onto Stumppaw.

Bramblesnap's (now a little drier) fur prickles up. He turns swiftly and stands as he spits and hisses at Littlepaw, lashing his tail, "said I'm fuckin' fine!"

Bramblesnap casts a withering glance back to Tanglebranch, fuming. "Yew ain't got the right ta' be talkin' for 'er; ain't 'er mother. 'Ain't yew meant ta' be busy coddlin' the broken lil' rat of yer's like he'll die tomorrow?"

Lakepaw wanders up to Littlepaw, forcing a smile. She asks how her best friend is holding up, bringing a couple of leaves and a pebble as a gift.

Lakepaw is surprised yet beams at Flowerpaw's offering, stating that she'll treasure the item forever. After speaking with her sister, she turns to Mistletoepaw and thanks him, wishing him good luck in return.

Sourspirit approaches Poppywhisper with a small fish that must have been forced upon the shore by the flood. He tries to hide his leg with his tail but chirps a greeting to the other, congratulating him on achieving his warrior name.

Sourspirit spins on his heels to face Sweetpea and asks her what all the rush is about. He cocks his head but seems happy to talk to his twin.

Sourspirit keeps watching the medicine corner with squinted eyes.

It seems like Lakepaw is a little more gloomy today. She can be found curled up whilst playing with a few of her leaves.

Sourspirit pokes Sweetpea on the shoulder before trying to lead her off a little further from the crowd. He seems to be speaking to her with a bit of stress and panic whilst waving his paws about a little - concerned, perhaps?

Sourspirit goes to congratulate Daffodilbloom, but upon seeing her already in conversation he backs away and simply offeres a shaky smile and a small nod. He turns around and aimlessly wanders about, a little lost as he looks out at the mountains.

Sourspirit let's out a small chuckle, returning the gesture to Daffodilbloom a little hesitantly. He softly congratulates her and states that he knew she'd do it.

Lakepaw perks up a little and thanks Honeybloom, glad that she made her mentor proud. She purrs and admits with a soft giggle that she probably wouldn't have wanted to fight anyone anyways.

Lakepaw states to Mistletoepaw that she'd love to have a climb-off!

Cinnamonkit purses her lips as she looks about the place. She watches the other kits with curiosity before wandering about the place, crying a semi-loud whine about how the ground feels icky.

Cinnamonkit eyes Echokit with a squint, though she seems to be smiling. She complains that she's so bored in a droaned mutter before striding off - probably to the nursery, but no doubt she ended up in another den..

Cinnamonkit smiles at Mountainkit's offer and cuckles, stating that she likes his hair. She accepts, completely oblivious to Scorpionkit.

Bramblesnap marches out without a word, ears pinned to the back of his head.

Bramblesnap marches out without a word, ears pinned to the back of his head.

Cinnamonkit runs up to Gorseheart and states that Coldkit is brutally threatening Blueberrykit, thank goodness he's here to stop it!

Bramblesnap's ears perk at Featherpaw's shouting. He passes Stumppaw a meaningful look before stretching his paws out before him.

Lakepaw slowly waddles up to Featherpaw with a small bird held between her teeth. The small molly pushes her ears back before dropping the prey at  Featherpaw's paws, passing a shy smile before going to turn away.

Cinnamonkit catches onto the conversation between Basilkit and Echokit, assessing pulling some plants up from outside before waddling over to the duo. She smiles as says it's not to worry, herelf and Echokit are positive that garlic leaves always mask unpleasant smells, and she hands Echokit some purple flowers, whispering and sniggering in the she-cat's ear that it'll clean her of anything she may have contracted from the tom.

Cinnamonkit purrs that of course Basilkit can use some! In fact, he can have the lot of them; she's just so happy to help out a friend in need!

Cinnamonkit winks at Echokit before turning to beam at Basilkit. She skips away with a "tata~"

Cinnamonkit waltzes up to Basilkit, Blueberrykit and Coldkit, letting out a slight gasp. She tells Coldkit how rude it is of him to comment on that - Basilkit's trying his best to fix it!

Cinnamonkit offers to help Basilkit find some more plants to help him out.

Cinnamonkit furrows her brows and pouts when Blueberrykit retorts. She turns her head with a hmph and tells Basilkit that she knows where to find some lavender if he wants some, it may help better than the garlic - it doesn't seem to be his kind of scent.

Cinnamonkit shruggs and seemingly forgets the whole ordeal in a snap. She wanders off to find something more entertaining to do - these cats are a bore

Cinnamonkit, who is pulling apart some flowers, smiles at Echokit. She shrugs and explains that she didn't actually know garlic smelt like that...

Lakepaw snaps out of a daze upon hearing wait, she waddles over to her family and asks Flowerpaw if everything's alright; she just heard some kind of cry from over here.

Sourspirit darts towards Cranepaw. Holding his paws to his face, the tom is in an utter panic whilst stating that he didn't know where his friend went, whether they were dead or not, if he should have known; waving his paws before him a bit he states that he's just glad that Cranepaw is in one piece... for the most part.

Cinnamonkit prances up to Ravencall, excited by the buzz in the caves. She tells the older feline to ignore Scorpionkit, she's just being a grumpy wuss who can't deal with a little noise, and she really likes her eye (or lack of one,) it makes her face almost look like she's impersonating a dead cat.

Sourspirit flees from the crowd, a frown set in on his face as he slinks from the cave. He takes time to ponder by the marshy land for a while, pawing at the mud absentmindedly.

Sourspirit's ears grow warm as Littlepaw asks him about who he assumes to be Poppywhisper. He straightens up and struggles to blabber out that Poppywhisper isn't a "soggy mouse," seemingly lightly offended.

Sourspirit ca feel his stomach churn as his partner is further insulted by Littlepaw, and he raises his head. His voice squeaks as his fur prickles lightly, "well, it's a lot coming from you - someone who's not bothered to put themselves to good use they go about harassing others and acting like a weirdo; find something better to do, get a hobby and leave them alone. Are you too blind to see that they've been through enough?"

Sourspirit winces as dirt hits his eyes. He looks like he's about to lose his temper and just - scream or something - but holds back, wondering if maybe he should snitch to Dovespring about Littlepaw's tormenting.

Sourspirit turns to Poppywhisper and mutters something about Littlepaw being melodramatic and Beetlepaw not understanding when somebody wants to be left alone. He looks side to side then whispers that he thinks Beetlepaw may have a crush on Littlepaw, a look of concern on his face..

Cinnamonkit eyes Echokit with a little concern. She doesn't know her well but starts some light chatter (complaining) with the she-kit, perhaps as a friendly distraction.

Sourspirit sighs with a nod of his head and states that it may be best to catch a glimpse at some more evidence before speaking with Daffodilbloom. He doesn't want to upset their close friend with the information alone that Beetlepaw has been spending time with the likes of Littlepaw behind Daffodilbloom's back already - what a rat.

Lakepaw seems a little spaced our but greets Littlepaw with a chirp. She softly asks her friend how she's been, apologising for it having been a while as her ears pin back at the sound of the rumbling storm outside.

Lakepaw's eyes widen at the embrace but she smiles and pats Littlepaw on the head, returning the gesture.

Bramblesnap, who is resting whilst waiting out the storm, tries to ignore Littlepaw. When her voice inevitably irks him, the tom turns over and says that "believe it or not, I don't watch Talonthorn at every wakin' moment of the fuckin' day."

Bramblesnap doesn't move as Littlepaw continues. He just lets out a huff and a subtle grumble,  "why don't yew go look for 'em yerself if yer so wound up 'bout it."

Finally, a moment of peace for Bramblesnap.

Initially, Bramblesnap pays little mind to Beetlepaw, but he squints at the younger. He rests his head back down on the ground; "what's it ta' yew?"

"Yea, earlier," Bramblesnap responds to Beetlepaw gruffly. He flicks his tail as he eyes Beetlepaw's demeanour, the corner of his lip twitching.

Bramblesnap's fur prickles as Beetlepaw stares on, "got enough questions, don't yew?" His ears pin back as he stretches out his arms; "lil' mite went out, 's all I know.

Bramblesnap shifts his tail to tuck around him, retracting his claws after stretching. Fuckers can't think for themselves these days, can they?

Lakepaw's eyes widen at Littlepaw's gift as she holds a paw up to her mouth, "oh- oh dear.." She picks up the rock and asks if it needs somebody to look after it, poor thing...

Lakepaw solemnly stares at the rock, but soon enough displays a sweet smile. She nods her head in agreement and thanks Littlepaw for saving the rock and bringing it to her; Littlepaw has to be the kindest, most selfless cat she knows.

Sourspirit is a little surprised he has been given an apprentice but can feel the pride fill up within him. As he feels a bop on the nose, the tom squeaks a bit but smiles and plays it cool as he runs a paw over his head, agreeing to take Breezepaw out right away and asks her if there's anything she's most interested in learning about.

Sourspirit pulls an awkward grin, thinking back to his own apprentice moons where he was too apprehensive to learn at first. He tries to relax and flicks a tail, indicating for Breezepaw to come with him for a tour of the territory; he's relieved that he got the "good kid" of the bunch.

Bramblesnap collects Stumppaw for training, ears pinned back as he hears the bitching about the clan. He takes him out into the marshy fields before suddenly asking, "she still arsey with yew?"

Sourspirit thanks Poppywhisper for the congratulations before telling them that they have to get to training; this one's pretty peppy. He asks if they'd like a "fish or something" bringing back.

Lakepaw keeps her "rock kit" close as she sits by the entrance, keeping it under the cover of her tail. She seems to feel sorry for it, but seems to be taking care of the item.

Lakepaw chirps to Littlepaw that it's fine, a little dirt and water can't do much harm. However, when she realises that the "magic rock" Littlepaw gave to her is wet, she gasps a little, apologising profusely to Littlepaw, saying that she's been such an awful mother; why was she trusted with such responsibility?

Lakepaw appears confused, asking why Littlepaw thinks that her mama is a bad mother, but she seems sad as she repeats the words over and over in her mind. However, Lakepaw's expressions explain enough about how absolutely distraught she is at the news of the rock dying, scooping it up and running up to Starlingdawn; "please, help!"

Lakepaw apologises for the rushed greeting to Starlingdawn then explains that the rock is dying, Littlepaw told her it was magic and needed to stay dry to keep living. She keeps apologising and apologising, worried that her rank up will be delayed or she'll be banned from being near kits, or- or-

Bramblesnap squints down at Stumppaw and asks "who'd yew think?" He rolls his shoulders and later adds "that she-cat yew've been fawnin' over."

Lakepaw pins her ears back and shuffles closer to Littlepaw, rather sorrowful but in her mind, she wants to be close to someone to prove that she's "real". She asks Littlepaw if maybe it's possible her mother still can't see her - you know, from the last time she was invisible - if she even ever was?

Later, when Bramblesnap returns from training with Stumppaw, Bramblesnap shrugs as Talonthorn asks him about what he may have missed. He mutters, "yew wantin' me ta' ask yew 'bout yer affairs or sum'n?"

Lakepaw seems confused, her ears tightly pressed to the back of her head; she gently nuzzles Littlepaw back, politely thanking her for talking as she gets up for a small walk (which Littlepaw is welcome to accompany her on). Stumbling over her tail slightly in the process, the apprentice skitters off with a nervous laugh.

Bramblesnap purses his lips at Talonthorn's slight slip of the mouth. He sucks his teeth; "nothin' much."

Cinnamonkit grimaces at the bird and the sight of the kits 'dismantling' the creature. She makes a disgusted sound and mutters that she'd rather have prey that hasn't already been picked at.

Cinnamonpaw eyes Mintthorn up and down but soon enough displays a sweet smile. She tells Mintthorn she can do whatever she's gotta do, she isn’t in a rush.

After plopping a rather in-distress Pigeonkit on the ground, Sourspirit has returned to camp reeking of coyote, the scent clinging to his pelt as he struts up to Poppywhisper. He proudly announces to her that he just got back from an insane outing, but heroically rescued the two kittens from a coyote attack, having fought off the beasts all by himself; he seems pretty proud of his accomplishment.

Sourspirit has a smug and proud smile spread across his face but soon enough it fades as he pushes his ears back at Poppywhisper's request. He stares at her for a moment before stammering out "oh - uh - yea! I mean - yea sure, that's cool with me," playing it off as cool as he runs a paw over his head.

Cinnamonpaw fluffs up her fur and approaches Bearkit with a grin, boldly introducing herself. She states that it's nice to see more kids around here with dead parents - though she's sure her own were smart enough to survive, unlike his own.

Cinnamonpaw shrugs and says that she just has a hunch - she can sense things like that since she's super empathetic and psychic and all! She tells Bearkit he also smells like dead rats - maybe she can help him find some flowers to pretty him up a bit.

Cinnamonpaw had told Echopaw that Bearkit just burst into tears - he's really weird, huh? She waved goodbye to Bearkit as he dismisses himself.

Cinnamonpaw doesn't seem the most enthusiastic about training and instead frolics about camp a little aimlessly. She takes to placing some feathers and flowers in her own nest and even places a couple by Echopaw's own - she's come to enjoy the other's presence, even if they've only spoken a handful of times.

Cinnamonpaw offers Echopaw to hang out instead of training whilst Bearkit approaches; she cringes, vocalising a loud "eughhh." She grimaces at Echopaw then at Bearkit and says "of course they're not, they're disgusting - and their legs? Their little faces - has Bearkit ever eaten one? Gross..."

Cinnamonpaw eyes Bearkit then Echopaw, a smile curling up her face replacing the look of utter disgust. She turns to the tom with a "sure!"

Sourspirit approaches Breezepaw offering to take his apprentice fishing with him. They could perhaps also do some battle training - he's pretty experienced considering his recent "battle."

Cinnamonpaw nudges Echopaw and tells her not to look at Bearkit.

Sourspirit seems confused waking up alone in his nest. He shakes his pelt with a huff, rolls his shoulders and seeks Breezepaw for some more training.

Having just returned from the fields, Bramblesnap stares at Tanglebranch before asking why she wasn't capable enough to do it herself. He explains that he had been telling Littlemoth that he hadn't any interest in calling her his kit from the start as he budges past the molly.

Bramblesnap shrugs and asks what the hell Tanglebranch wants him to do about it; talking's proven useless enough. He advises that she just accepts that Littlemoth's another dumb bitch, and isn't his problem anymore.

Sourspirit accepts Poppywhisper's request with a nod and a squint. He hadn't seen Poppywhisper around much now he thought about it - too busy with other cats, he supposed, stifling a frown.

Cinnamonpaw squint at the flowers with a grimace. She states that they're 'nice' but Bearkit really could use some of her advice on what flowers are "in" right now.

Cinnamonpaw stares at Bearkit, stifling a snigger. She composes herself and states that maybe he had  been dumb enough to eat them, and they can be poisonous sometimes... Whoopsies.

Lakepaw smiles back at her mentor. She tells Honeybloom that she's nervous, but she couldn't have asked for a better mentor to help her through it all.

Lakedancer titters at her mother's affection, thanking her. When released, she goes to talk to Littlemoth, asking if maybe she'd like to do a little celebratory walk about the territory together?

Lakedancer makes sure to visit Spidermask and Springcloud at some point and asks the two how they have been as of late. She seems a little nervous around them, but displays a smile nonetheless, offering them on an outing sometime if they're ever interested.

Bramblesnap leaves the den as Bearkit walks in. Either he's annoyed or the other's presence almost makes him uncomfortable.

Bramblesnap pins his ears to the back of his head as Dovespiring moves to Littlemoth. His lip twitches before he ultimately decides to go out of camp solo.

Lakedancer brings back some prey for Honeybloom, asking if her mentor and her family is well.

Cinnamonpaw eyes Bearkit and asks if he's being bothered by the prissy princess. She places a paw on his arm and frowns, "thought we were going on that outing, hey? Changed your mind?"

Cinnamonpaw grins at Bearkit. "Sure, I've a few ideas too! C'mon, let's find us a warrior - we aren't thick-headed enough to break the rules like some, huh?"

Bramblesnap tells Talonthorn he can fuck off. He seems to be coming and going from the camp a lot now that he hasn't got Stumpstep following him about.

There is only a sick and sour taste in Bramblesnap's mouth before he leaves the camp, the dirt where he sat left a little upturned and clawed at.

Sourspirit comes back from training with Breezepaw, huffing as he saunters up to Cranecrash. He looks tired but asks his friend if they'd like any help or company - but if not it's "totally chill."

Cinnamonpaw raises a brow but smiles at Bearpaw as he chatters to her. She nods along and says that it all sounds very cool, sniggering occasionally, and even calls Echopaw over to come hear.

Bramblesnap can be seen dragging a rabbit away the fresh-kill pile, grumbling something about rules until he notices a small figure beside him. He ignores Bearpaw until he speaks; "the fuck're yew referrin' ta'? Watch yer words, kid."

Still dragging the rabbit, leaving a smeared trail behind it Bramblesnap stares at Bearpaw with a raised brow. He narrows his eyes before flicking the young one over the ear a little with a paw, seemingly offended as he murmurs to himself about Bearpaw's remark, obviously wanting the other to leave.

Lakedancer, who is lingering nearby, trots up to Littlemoth, unsure whether she ought to congratulate her friend or not. She tilts her head curiously and offers a smile and a greeting to the kittens as well as Littlemoth, asking if she can help with anything at all - being a mother must be tough.

Lakedancer seems confused to say the least, but her eyes widen as she settled her gaze on the trio of small felines. She even tears up ever so slightly before asking Littlemoth if she knows what she is meant to do - she never expected anything like this, not from StarClan, goodness, not at all.

Lakedancer admits that seeing the kits does tug at her heart a little... She promises to do the best she can for their sakes, whatever the reason for them being "hers" may be, gently offering Littlemoth a light hug.

Lakedancer stares down at the kits before realising she should probably do something with them... She lays down a little uncertainly; maybe she should ask her mother or Magpiewish for advice, but she shouldn't leave them, right?

Bramblesnap wonders what the fuck his ex-apprentice has gotten himself into.

Bramblesnap tells Dovespring that he hasn't seen the kits (and although he never mentions it, it's likely clear he has no intention to do so.) He grumbles something about kits before asking Dovespring if she's hungry; he can get something for her.

Lakedancer peers up at her mother and smiles, almost jumping up to greet her but remembering the kittens. "Just helping out a friend, mama!", she doesn't seem too upset or bothered being in the nursery, but maybe a tad confused herself.

Lakedancer thanks Leafpelt for her comment and explains that their names are "Hummingkit, Pumpkinkit and Bubblekit - after her old friend."

Bramblesnap's lip twitches but he doesn't seem to react much to Stonewatcher's antics. He shoots a withering glare at the molly who had approached before trudging out of camp, though his ears are pinned to the back of his head.

Lakedancer pulls the kittens closer to her, nuzzling them gently on the head as her ears pin back. She's never been good with fights.

Lakedancer nods and thanks Salmonpaw a ton; she'll bring him back a gift of thanks! Lakedancer proceeds to visit Honeybloom, bringing some prey and winter flowers as a gift, asking her previous mentor what it feels like being an elder.

Lakedancer happily listens and chuckles at Honeybloom's explanation, returning the embrace with a purr. She states that she's sure that many cats will always be interested in spending time with Honeybloom if she ever needed a different crowd.

Lakedancer smiles upon seeing Littlemoth and promptly hurries over to cuddle with the rather loud Hummingkit and Pumpkinkit.

Lakedancer asks Salmonpaw what kittens like as gifts. She wants to give them all something to play with when they're a bit older and can toddle around some more.

Lakedancer nods along, making a mental note (as best she can) of Salmonpaw's suggestions. She thanks him a bunch and states that maybe she'll have to see if she can get some time to find those items or make up a story when the kittens have developed a little more.

Sourspirit seems distant from camp lately, slinking off in the early hours of the morning to watch the fish by the waters.

Lakedancer pulls Pumpkinkit, Hummingkit and Bubblekit close to her before grooming them all on the heads. She proceeds to ramble on about some story her father had told her that she obviously didn't remember the details of, but it sounds like it would have been a nice tale if told in full.

Sourspirit continues to stare at the fish passing by under the cool rushing waters, ears flicking as he picks up on Daffodilbloom's presence. He chokes on a breath and asks "why does everything have to turn to complete and utter shit?"

Although he isn't certain if rumours are true, Sourspirit reluctantly spills some tears as he leans against Daffodilbloom. It has been a good long while since they last spent time together, but it feels just like yesterday.

Lakedancer thanks Littlemoth, though states that she's unsure if she is doing a good job. She can only do so much for them.

Sourspirit sits just outside of camp, seemingly lost in thought as he stares out at the mountains. He pokes at a fish but leaves it as he trails off.

Sourspirit turns to see Cranecrash and blinks at them. He continues to walk before asking Cranecrash if their time outside the clan was alright or not.

Sourspirit looks down at Cranecrash's leg (or lack of one) with an "oh, yea, right. I'd look too much like Sweetpea," He lightly jests, shrugs and moves on before thanking his friend for the company.

Lakedancer smiles at Tarantulathistle with a shake of her head, stating that she's all good. Whilst Littlemoth nurses the kits, the molly fumbles with her paws whilst staring at the walls of the nursery.

Sourspirit seems frazzled as he asks Breezepaw if she's interested in some sparring practise. He seems to be avoiding the warriors den at all costs, as well as staying away from a short radius of the nursery despite not having proved rumours are true.

Cinnamonpaw grimaces at Bearpaw with a raised brow, clicking her tongue once. She says that she doesn't think so, she's not into kitten stuff like that...

Lakedancer tugs Hummingkit in closer to her, grooming the top of his head.

Sourspirit scoffs at Sweetpea, muttering to himself about kits in a harsh grumble. His tail stays low as his ears pin back, a frown on his face as he sighs and says "but if you like them, that's good for you."

Later, Sourspirit found himself just beyond camp, ears held back as he spots Poppywhisper waltzing about outside.

Bramblesnap holds his head low, hunched over before he eyes Talonthorn, the little remark making his frown deeper. He bats one of Talonthorn's ears, asking if he'll ever learn when to shut his mouth.

Sourspirit shuffles his way into the nursery, the corner of his lip twitching. He approaches Lakedancer with an apology and a mouse, but swiftly turns tail and walks out of the den.

Bramblesnap shrugs it off, muttering to Talonthorn that he's best to keep his trap shut; he's starting to sound obsessed.

Lakedancer runs to pick up Hummingkit, having not noticed his disappearance at first after being in a daze. She also makes sure to tell Feathersong if she ever needs anything, she'll be happy to help her out.

Lakedancer coos over Hummingkit, explaining that, no, he wasn't bad. She just needs to make sure she knows where he is so that she can take care of him - this wasn't his fault at all.

Bramblesnap stands by Talonthorn as he drags a small amount of prey towards the freshkill pile. He mutters a remark that it looks like it's just another cripple being added to the pile; half the clans about to be dead sooner than later at this rate.

Lakedancer snaps out of a trance as she scoops the kittens closer to her, nuzzling her face into the fur on their heads. She chokes something to herself but smiles and reassures the kittens that everything is probably ok - or will be.

Sourspirit walks back into came with wet paws and a fish in his mouth. He seems cold, the catch is a small one, but he deems it worthy enough to give to Daffodilbloom, not all too interested in eating it himself.

Lakedancer smiles as she observes the kittens meeting their clanmates. She takes a moment to grab some prey for Feathersong, attempting a little light conversation with the use of small talk - a "how are things" and "theyre so cute" in reference to the kittens, after all, they never got to speak much despite growing up together, so why not start now?

Sourspirit sighs and shakes his head. He states that Daffodilbloom doesn't have to get him anything - he just felt like going fishing today and isn't really too hungry.

Lakedancer humms, unsure as she points her ears back. She proposes that they all try to count some day, or maybe Stumpstep would know as he's pretty smart!

Lakedancer beams at Honeybloom's arrival, asking the other how her and the family have been lately. She makes sure to offer her old mentor somewhere comfortable to sit.

Sourspirit stares at the figures in the freshkill pile. He pins his ears back, squints his eyes and grimaces, but the tom shrugs, adamant in his own mind that they've been in the clan this whole time.

Lakedancer greets her mother in the nursery, a shaky smile on her face. It's going to get a little cramped in here, but she doesn't voice any of her thoughts on the matter.

Sourspirit watches as multiple cats fill the medicine den. His ears droop back as he mumbles to himself, finding half a fish in the pile and chewing on the bones.

Quite concerned, Lakedancer watches her mother leave the nursery to check on the ruckus. She holds Bubblekit and Hummingkit close, grooming them and telling them it's probably - hopefully - all alright.

Cinnamonpaw grimaces at Bearpaw and Echopaw, whispering about how Coldpaw is dribbling blood through his teeth. That better not be what his face looks like from now on, it's pretty disgusting...

Cinnamonpaw nods in response to Echopaw, faking a gag before remarking that she hopes the medicine cats know how to grow skin back or find something to cover it up. She doesn't know how she's going to live with having to see that every day; she's surprised that Echopaw can even withstand seeing Timberfoot's leg all messed up like that.

Sourspirit's fur prickles as he's approached, but as Magpiewish asks her question, he shrugs. He states that he hasn't really gotten to take Breezepaw many places, she doesn't come to him often either.

Sourspirit's ears pin back as he grits his own teeth together, unceratin if he should speak or not. He eventually trots up beside Magpiewish and asks if there's anything else he can do to help her - having a talk with Breezepaw perhaps, or getting her something to eat?

Sourspirit rolls his shoulders before turning to find Sweetpea. He huffs and asks her if she'd like to come for a walk with him - maybe he could catch a fish for her "or something."

Sourspirit tries to drag Daffodilbloom out of camp, hopefully before the wasps can get to the both of them. He mumbles, "kids.." under his breath before chuckling as he tries to usher his friend to safety.

Lakedancer wanders back into thr nursery, ears drooped back as she catches a little bit of the ruckus. She approaches Tarantulathistle and thanks him for watching Bubs, all whilst glancing about the nursery for Pumpkinkit.

Bramblesnap yanks Talonthorn by the ear before stating that he's going out. If he doesn't come back, that means the clan's antics have finally finished chewing away at his everloving mind.

Lakedancer asks Salmonpaw and Magpiewish how they have been feeling lately; they have been doing an amazing job in the nursery. However, she also sheepishly asks if they would be happy to watch the kittens for her as she wishes to pay a visit to Honeybloom and Stumpstep.

Bramblesnap raises a brow and stares over his shoudler at Talonthorn; "didn't say yew gotta come. If anyone's makin' yew a 'bitch' it's yew," perhaps he even lets out a small, gruff chuckle as he slinks off into the flurry of snow.

Cinnamonpaw offers to help Echopaw get the snow out of her fur, but she too despises it. On her way over, it seems like she is being a little fussy about where she places her paws on the ground.

Bramblesnap grumbles about the snow, rolling his shoulders to shift the powder off. He hisses at Talonthorn's remark, cuffing him over the cheek as he lowly mutters something about having an attitude worse than some of the whores back at camp.

Cinnamonpaw dips her chin with a small blush. She purrs in response to Echopaw, stating that maybe since Timberfoot is pre-occupied with his son, he wont drag Echopaw out into the snow for a little bit.

Bramblesnap is adamant in his mind that he didn't whine about it, but  just shakes the remaining fur from his pelt. When he gets cuffed over the head, he pauses almost in disbelief; the tom asks Talonthorn if he wants a broken maw, but still continues through the snow after wiping the area where he was struck without further complaint.

Lakedancer takes some time to visit Stumpstep and Hedgekit, a couple gifts held in her mouth, then she frowns as she witnesses others cruelty towards her nephew. She states that she's not very good at it, but if Hedgekit wants to play mossball when he's better, she's always up for it.

Bramblesnap's fur prickles at Bearpaw's words as he walks into camp. He seems to recall their last conversation, still taking some offence to the statements, but after a minute, "started by eatin' apprentices," he states blankly.

Bramblesnap grunts as he's restricted from standing up from where he had been lying, the fur on his tail trapped underneath... Bearpaw? He licks his teeth and furrows his brows, opting to simply yank his tail out from under the apprentice and saunter off elsewhere.

Lakedancer happily congratulates Fernflurry, a bright smile on her face as she does so. The molly can't quite imagine what it is like to be so in love, but she's positively sure it feels wonderful, and thus, she states that she'll have to get her sister and friend a gift for such a special occasion; it has her wondering if maybe, perhaps, she may also have such fondness for another someday.

Sourspirit cocks his head at Riftheart's apology before raising his brows; "erh, nah, it's cool, man. Been worse," he pushes a smile onto his face, fumbling with his paws, but whether his words or true or not is... Usually rather debatable, though he seems rather genuine.

Sourspirit slowly nods, his features softening, "sounds good, like when I was younger, yeah? Suppose I never thanked you for teaching me... Sooo.. Thanks? But.. Yeah. I'd like that."

Cinnamonpaw huffs as Echopaw is rudely dragged away. She opts to swinging by the medicine den to visit Blueberrypaw, even if the two hasn't spoken much, she wishes to check out what all the chaos was about.

Cinnamonpaw shrugs and gently states that she just wished to check in on Blueberrypaw's state, since Coldpaw has a rather large and off-putting scar, she was curious as to what the molly ended up with. She also remarks that Coldpaw's face is so... weird now, and he's probably been drooling all over the ground around camp; he may as well be called "Dribblepaw" or something more fitting of his new appearance, she chuckles.

Cinnamonpaw giggles and states that she doesn't think she could handle seeing right through to the other side of Coldpaw's face. She wished they could fix it better for the sake of her eyes, but it seems like the medicine cats can't always work miracles.

Cinnamonpaw bumps her paw up against Blueberrypaw's own with a wide grin. "Sure is, the pleasure's mine!" she states, nodding, "Corvus it is."

Sourspirit has to hold back a scream of frustration at the loss of Riftheart at the meeting, and later rushes into the nursery to visit Daffodilbloom, composing himself as if the streaks of tears aren't running down his face. He sniffs, wipes his face and asks "a-are you- no, dumb question uh- do you want any help settling in?"

Lakedancer lets out a gentle sigh as she approaches Honeybloom, offering a small smile. She brings the elder some prey (even though it isn't much) and asks her mentor if she needs anything, after all, it has been rather rough lately.

Sourspirit comes into the camp with his front half covered in cold water, but he seems to have a small fish in his mouth if one looks closely enough as he tries to shake out his fur a bit. He looks around, rolls his shoulders, and takes the prey straight to Daffodilbloom.
