True’Star crashed into the den, flinging his head wildly as if he was bucking something off his back. With a heave he slammed into the stone, sending out a blinding white feline.

“What do you think you are doing?” Ferocity hissed as she stood up from the ground, turning quickly to face the dazed leader.

“You can’t just…hurt my clan!” He yowled, his eyes tearing up with guilt and shame for his poor apprentice. “This wasn’t the deal, you said you would help us!”

“I AM HELPING YOU” The Star’Clan cat roared, causing True’Star to wince, “YOU THINK THAT LITTLE DIRT PILE WILL BE MORE HELP TO YOU THEN ME?”

“That doesn’t mean you had to hurt him! He didn’t do anything wrong!!”

“He questioned your actions, that is treason” The Star’Clan cat hissed, low and long.

“He’s not the only one questioning, if we have to kill this many cats to make the four clans ‘pure’, then maybe it’s not worth it.”

Ferocity stopped, looking toward True’Star dangerously. True’Star stared back, waiting for the cat to explode in anger and violence.

"Are you sure this is what you want?" she asked quietly, her eyes looking through True'Star.

True'Star looked, his eyes filled with determination. "Yes, I'm sure"

Ferocity stood for a moment longer, before she spoke again, her voice icy and dangerous. "There is a storm coming that you will not be able to stop, it's in your best interest to run"

"W-what?" True'Star looked over with confusion and horror, unsure of what she was talking about, but terrified nevertheless. He looked out of the lichen that covered the den, watching the clan as he thought. If he ran, what would that mean for the clan, for all his hard work. Surely Star'Clan would want him to stay. It must be a test. "I won't-" he started, but he stopped abruptly when he found that no one was in his den. He looked about in confusion, panic rising in his chest. He hadn't been without Star'Clan since he was apprentice. He had always had their guidance and prophecys to tell him what to do next. So to suddenly be alone made him very unsettled.

"Star'Clan?" he called out quietly, hoping foolishly that they would simply be hiding in a corner or under his moss'bed as if they were a bunch of kits playing hide and seek. "Star'Clan?" he looked out of his den, searching the small clan clearing for any sign of the blinding white cat he had just been talking with.

He whimpered quietly, feeling like a young kit again.

"Ferocity?"
