[Silent Eclipse Patrol Prompt] Gem Finding
VesselPaw is asked by a Thievul to help them find a green gem that they lost, VesselPaw agrees to help.
"Ofcourse I can help you!" VesselPaw nodded, as a Sableye finding gems was one of VesselPaw's specialties.
"Really? Oh thank you so much!" The Thievul happily chirped. "It should be somewhere around here...."
The Thievul returned to sniffing around the ground looking for the green gem they had lost, but now with VesselPaw joining them.
VesselPaw crouched as he began to sniff the air, the tunnel the two Pokémon were in was damp, dim, and it vaguely smelled of mildew and still water. But he wasn't deterred by that, gemstones had a particular smell that he could pick out as easily as a light in a dark room.
After a moment VesselPaw got a hint of the gem's smell, it was coming from a nearby small pile of rocks that he started to move towards. Once he reached the pile he began to shift through the rocks sniffing as he went, the smell was getting stronger as the Thievul came over to him.
"Do you think it's over here?" The Thievul asked.
"I think it is, I'm getting the smell of a gemstone from this pile." VesselPaw nodded.
"Well let me help you sift through here then!" The Thievul said as they joined VesselPaw in sorting through the rock pile.
A few moments later VesselPaw saw a green glint in the rocks as the smell of the gemstone got stronger than ever before.
"Is this it?" VesselPaw asked the Thievul as he pulled the square green gem out of the pile.
"Oh! Yes that's it!" The Thievul exclaimed as VesselPaw handed the gem over to them. "Thank you so much!"
"No problem!" VesselPaw smiled.
