please read through the terms carefully and respect the rules that are placed. Its for my own safety and set boundaries that are needed for my own sanity.

Rules
- When you commission me, Please understand i have the right to refuse said commission if i dont feel i can do it or situations that are going on. This includes that i could refuse cause of characters of people on blacklist, you personally being mean, refusing to pay, etc. The obvious things
- DO NOT! Offer on characters that are NOT in the sale folder. There is a reason why they are not in the sale folder. UNLESS i specify other wise people respect the fact that they arnt for sale/trade
- I do not condone harassing, stalking/cyberstalking, tracing, stealing, witch hunting, bulling, or any type of hatred to others. If found doing so you will be blocked.
Adopt TOS
- DO NOT! Sell or give any of my designs i made to people on Blacklist. At the same time do not harass people on Blacklist.
- You can use the adopt for anything. Only thing that would need a Commercial Usage is the art its self. If you want to use the art for Money gain (keychains book cover, merch), My art. Please contact me about it and we will talk about it. (this rule doesnt apply to Streamer commissions. As pricing for commercial use is already in the price)
- All i ask is dont make them unrecognizable. And if you totally redesign them put be as a co designer or something.
- Don't resell the adopt for more then you got it for unless there was additional art is added.
- I would like to be Authorized to see the characters I designed at least. Ive seen this happen to friends where credit of design was removed and I wanna make sure that doesnt happen to me.
Commissions
- I only accept payment with either full up front or half for sketch then pay other half for finish. Unless your a close friend I dont offer any other offer
- Refunds must be filed 48 hours after the initial purchase i do also have the right to refund something if my mental state isn't in the best situation to complete your work
- DO not Rush me. I have alot going on and it could take time. Im okay with friendly check up but dont be rude.
- I only take Paypal or DA points. I Only take USD. So if you have another currency you have to convert it

- I will give on places i accept things on Said Items. That isnt just Money Transactions
