Terms of Service

A.     Payment

• I only accept payment 100% upfront.

B.      Process & Delivery

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
• Commissions usually take a week or plus several days. Detailed commissions usually take longer than simple ones. I will let you know if your request may take longer than initially expected due to any reasons (such as health issues or other life events).
• I will show you the pencil sketch before the inking or coloring process begins. You can request either big or small changes on this sketch phase, such as poses.
• You can request changes on finished artwork but limited only for small changes such as detail fix, color changes and effects (brightness and contrast, etc). I will not accept big changes in this phase such as pose change.
• You will receive a finished commission in full-resolution image (PNG) via Deviantart Stash or Google Drive link. Please inform me if you want the image to be delivered in other ways, such as email. The link will be online indefinitely, but please make sure you have downloaded the artwork and make backups just in case the link or original image is lost or deleted from the Deviantart Stash or Google Drive.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (with watermark) and in my portfolio. Please inform me BEFORE the commission is finished if you want the artwork to not be published online.

C.      Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The client is not allowed to request a refund once I start working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

D.     Copyright and Usage

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client breaks any of the terms.
• You (the client) may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media.
• You may NOT make profit from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, use as NFT, etc.)
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing or using the artwork commercially.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Altering the artwork without my consent.
