Time Together Prompt 2

Winnie and Blossom had been planning their date for a few days now and finally decided on a place. The time was set on the usual romantic night scene being as they both romanticized about strolling in the dark side by side.

Most of all Blossom was excited to finally be going out with Winnie, who she had admired from afar for years now despite him not noticing her in his prior classes. Winnie, too, had always had a soft spot for Blossom, but had been too shy to ask her out until now preferring to focus on his goal at being a healer upon a ship. Now he had claimed that feat, he thought it right to live the life of a young browboy.

The two of them had decided to take a romantic stroll through the enchanted woods on the outskirts of town. After they would head back to the cozy cafe for some hot Moon Milk with chocolate mixed in, all the rage to drink on dates. As they set out, they could feel the chill in the air, but they didn't mind. Both were of the first element and enjoyed it immensely. Plus they were too caught up in each other's company to notice the on coming night cold.

As they walked, they talked about everything from their favorite books to their dreams for the future. Their companion pets bounding around enthusiasticly making friends with one another. Winnie's Kit Magna chasing and playing tag with her acorn like companion. Winnie loved the way Blossom's eyes lit up when she talked about her passion for winter herbology and it's wintry plants, and Blossom was enamored by Winnie's quiet intelligence and gentle nature.

The woods were beautiful, illuminated by the soft glow of the moonlight. As they walked deeper into the woods, they stumbled upon a hidden grove, filled with beautiful flowers and delicate vines. They both gasped at the beauty of the place. Magna rushing to chase some fireflies with Blossoms companion. This a prime moment to make the teen couple giggle in wild amusement for their little friends.

Without a word, Winnie took Blossom's hand and led her deeper into the grove. They walked hand in hand, marveling at the beauty of the night and the magic of the woods. The air was chilly, but their shared warmth kept them cozy. He wrapped her up in his Butterfly Wing cloak that provided them both a lot of warmth. Yet neither of them could decide if the warm was generally from the butterfly cloak or themselves being so close in general.

As they reached the center of the grove, they paused, admiring the beautiful flowers and the way the moonlight danced through the trees. Magna and Blossom's pet settled down by a babbling Brook leading their eyes away from their owners. Suddenly, Blossom turned to Winnie and gave him a shy smile. Winnie's heart skipped a beat as he gazed into her beautiful shy eyes.

Without a word, they drew closer to each other in innocent giggles. In the stillness of the enchanted woods, they shared their first kiss, their hearts beating as one. They both knew that this was the start of something magical, and they couldn't wait to see where it would take them. From that moment on Winnie knew he had someone special of his own to look after and Blossom knew the same. Hopefully his father, Medi, could understand that and allow them to stick together. Considering Winnie was not always at the school, often miles away on missions to be a proper space browbird!

While giggling with Blossom and sharing tender words he heard the jiggle of the Fortune Lightglass hit something. It made a soft noise instantly making him remember something!

Winnie had spent hours working on a special gift for Blossom. He wanted it to be something that she would cherish and remember for a long time. After much thought and effort, he had finally finished it, and was excited to give it to her on their date tonight. Magna has approved of it along with his father, Medi.

As they walked through the grove more, Winnie nervously fidgeted with the small package in his pocket. Blossom could sense his nerves and asked him what was on his mind.

Winnie took a deep breath and pulled out the small box. "I made this for you," he said, handing the box to her sheepishly.

Blossom's eyes widened in surprise as she opened the box. Inside, she found a delicate necklace of an opal snowman, made of small, hand carved gems! Each gem was a different color, creating a beautiful and unique pattern of a cute little snowman. The chain was created of shiny snow like beads, also hand carved by Winnie.

"This is amazing, Winnie," Blossom said, admiring the necklace. "How did you make it?"

Winnie blushed slightly. "I've been teaching myself how to make jewelry in my spare time," he explained. "I wanted to make something special for you, and this is what I came up with."

Blossom was touched by Winnie's thoughtfulness and the effort he had put into the gift. She carefully put the necklace on and admired it in the moonlight. "It's perfect," she said, giving Winnie a hug. "Thank you so much."

Winnie smiled, relieved that Blossom liked the gift. He had put so much time and effort into it, and it felt good to know that she appreciated it.

So far they had enjoyed a wonderful date in the enchanted forest, filled with starry skies, glowing fireflies, the soft rustling of leaves, and the silliness of their companion pets. As they walked hand in hand, they lost track of time, caught up in the magic of the night.

But now, as they began their journey back home, they realized that they were lost. Not even Magna or Blossoms pet had seemed to know which way they had came from. Both creatures taking spots on their owners shoulder. Winnie and Blossom both snuggled up under the boys Butterfly Wing cloak. The darkness had crept in, and the woods that had once seemed enchanting and welcoming now appeared daunting and unfamiliar.

The moon was suddenly hidden behind the clouds, and the only source of light was the occasional flicker of fireflies. The trees rustled eerily in the wind, and the distant howls of an owl sent shivers down their spines.

Winnie and Blossom tried to retrace their steps, but the winding paths and twisting trees made it difficult to tell which way was which. Panic began to set in as they realized that they might be stuck in the forest for the night. Not even Medi would know to find them considering the old fire brow had more than likely passed out by now.

"We need to find shelter," Winnie said, trying to remain calm. "Let's look for a cave or a hollow tree where we can stay until morning.". To ease the darkness the Fortune Lightglass saved him again, just as Medi had exclaimed. Flickering it on with his magic the little lamp illuminated their way around the now uncomfortable forest.

Blossom nodded, her heart racing. They walked deeper into the woods, scanning the surroundings for any signs of shelter. Finally, they stumbled upon a small clearing, surrounded by a ring of tall trees.

In the center of the clearing stood a large, hollow tree, with enough space inside for them to rest. They climbed inside, huddled together for warmth, and tried to get some rest. Winnie, Blossom, Magna and Blossoms pet all cozy but very watchful of their surroundings.

The night passed slowly, with the eerie sounds of the forest surrounding them. But as the first light of dawn peeked through the leaves, Winnie and Blossom knew that they had made it through the night. They emerged from the hollow tree, relieved and grateful for each other's company. And as they walked back home with their companions, they knew that they would never forget their enchanted night in the woods.
