Iridescent Exploration
The Iridescent Woods are crawling with all sorts of goodies from nature, why don’t you see what you can find?
The Iridescent Woods are where the Wild Plush Dragons come from exclusively, so they say you can usually find some pretty neat items in the woods this time of year! Aside from the Plush Dragons themselves, maybe you'll find some rare items, or critters! Be careful wandering too far, rumor has it there’s an unguarded portal, like the ones at the Vale Egress, somewhere in the woods, too!
Depict your Plush Dragon off exploring the Iridescent Woods! Are they following a suspicious trail of paw prints? Maybe they’re digging for buried treasure that just must be somewhere?
Asteria peered into the new and slightly glowing forest. She was right at the entrance and something was calling her to come in and explore. There was a bit of hesitation in her steps, which you could see with her light steps made. Asteria eventually made her way inside of the new forested area. Her body shivered and felt the wind blow against her as she saw some small critters peek from the bushes. Something sparked in her brain to follow the critters. It looked like there were some average critters as well as some that aren't normally seen. She decided to go with her gut feeling and follow them. Asteria had to jump up and around many obstacles such as trees with large hanging leaves to rocks placed in the wrong places.
"Shoot!" She yelped as her paws tripped over a mossy rock.
Asteria shot up immediately in hopes to not lose sights of the little cute critters. She saw the tail of something, so she darted after them.
Upon a few more miles, she stopped in front of a large swirly thing. It almost looked like a portal to her? Asteria knew that something was different or perhaps special about this thing. The critters were all stopped right outside of it. She was watching them peer into it while some were just sitting next to it. She poked her nose through the mysterious thing, which may not have been smart but she was drawn to it for some reason. Asteria felt a strong breeze midway through her nose entering the portal. Instead of it feeling breezy and cool, like in the forest it was more warm and comforting. This made her more curious, so she decided to go for it and enter the strange portal. Despite not knowing what would happen.
After taking the final step, the portal was still there. She managed to see a warm and sunny beach, which is one of the places she wanted to go again. She wondered if this was a dream or even if this portal was some sort of mind reader or telepathic. Something. She got the small burst of beach experience for the day and walked back into the portal into the Iridescent Woods. Knowing this wouldn't be the first or last time to come back.
