So, you want to become an adventurer? You want to help out the denizens of Tekishozen? Keep reading to find out how and when!

Overall, questing will be structured similarly to 'monthly prompts' from other Closed Species groups, only with a greater emphasis on overarching story, connected quests, and quests that focus on specific groups of characters. There will also be item drops, EXP gains to boost your Kitzen towards earning mastery in their element, and customizable mastery quests to top off your character's storyline!

Bimonthly / every 2 months, 1 - 3 quests will be released on a rotating basis. On months with 1 quest, the quest will be a large one that is available to everyone (ex: Show your character celebrating the beginning of spring!). On months with 2 - 3 quests, the quests will be targeted towards a specific demographic, for example a quest about preventing a forest fire may go towards Water/Ice Kitzens, a quest about stopping a criminal organization may go towards characters that live in the cities, or a quest for fighting a wayward monster may go towards characters that live in the countryside. 

Each bimonthly quest will be different and only available for that month! You will be able to respond to them in ANY creative form, art, writing, physical media - whatever piques your interest! Drawn quests must be at least a waist-up clean sketch with color, and writing is suggested to be at least 400 words, and must be a distinct story with beginning, middle, and end.

I've done my quest, now what?

Congratulations! You have earned EXP. You're on your way to earning another tail!

Similarly to Koin, EXP will be calculated based on the type of piece created. However, EXP will be a lot more streamlined. Your EXP earnings will be equal to half of your koin earnings for any given piece. EXP will be done on a character-by-character basis instead of being account wide like koin, and will be awarded to the character that is featured in the quest piece! If your featured character is a group NPC, someone else's character, or a character that has already reached max level (9 tails+), you may apply the EXP to a character of your choosing.

Once you gain a certain amount of EXP, your Kitzen will gain a tail! Subspecies will increase in power, but gain no visual differences.

2 Tails - 100 EXP
3 Tails - 200 EXP
4 Tails - 300 EXP
5 Tails - 500 EXP
6 Tails - 700 EXP
7 Tails - 1,000 EXP
8 Tails - 1,300 EXP
9 Tails - 1,600 EXP + Mastery Quest Completed

You will start from however many tails your Kitzen may have! Please note that Festival EXP will be DOUBLED!
Mastery Quests are individualized, fully unique quests that I will create for 8 tailed Kitzen to earn their 9th.

 🏮 Items and Crafting 🏮

Along with EXP, each quest will earn you at least two rolls from our item table. For each additional character that is included in your image from at least the knees up, you will recieve an additional roll.
