🏮 Tekishozen TOS and Rules 🏮

General / Conduct TOS

• These rules are subject to change in case of forgotten or newly needed rules! 
• This is a 16+ species, with a minimum age of 16 to participate. If you are under 16, we encourage you to come back later.      
  -Members found to be under 16 will be temporarily banned from the species until they reach 16.
• Repeated harassment and any Art Theft/Copying/Tracing is not allowed, and will result in a permanent ban from the species.
  - Harassment includes begging/guilting members into giving you free/discounted art or purchasing art/MYOs/adopts for you, forcing OC relationships, and forcing RP interactions. It also includes block evading or stalking. Please respect people's space.
• Coming to staff with concerns is always encouraged, even if you aren't sure if a rule has been broken.
• Please do not argue with staff members once a final decision has been made. Please do not block staff members - we understand you may not be a fan of certain staff, but it makes moderation much more difficult if we are unable to get in touch with you. You are not required to interact with any staff outside of official moderation duties.
• Tekishozen characters, art, adopts, assets, or images are not authorized to be made into NFTs, either directly or with altered art. Tekishozen-specific terms, such as the names of our species, or cities within the world, are not authorized to be used in NFTs.
• Posting Tekishozen group assets or full adopt sheets to sites other than dA, Discord, FurAffinity and Toyhouse is not allowed due to easy scamming and very common art theft on websites such as Amino.

Payment TOS

• USD payment for MYO slots/items may only be made through PayPal.
  -dA points, amino coins, and USD payments via non-PayPal means are not allowed.
• If any chargebacks occur, on either MYO slots, items, or adoptables, it will result in a permanent ban from the species.
• Refunds are not offered for MYO slots/items - please purchase wisely! Refunds on adoptables are on an artist-by-artist basis.
• Payment Plans and Holds are not offered for MYO slots/items. Payment Plans and Holds on adoptables are on an artist-by-artist basis.

Adoptables / Customs TOS

• Free and Pay to use bases made specifically for Tekishozen species may ONLY be used for Tekishozen! You may not alter the bases for anything other species or non-Tekishozen species.
• Adopts can be resold for the price they were purchased for, unless additional art has been added.
  -Appraisal is not required at this time, but be sure not to resell for more than the adopt + any additional art is worth.
  -Adopts originally sold as a pair can be sold individually for half of the original price per character.
  -Free / Raffle adopts may not be sold or traded, only gifted, UNLESS additional art has been added.
• When Trading / Reselling / Gifting any Tekishozen species you MUST update the masterlist! This is to prevent scams!
• Please only enter into free raffles if you’re interested in the character. If you win a free raffle and decide you aren’t interested in the character immediately, please ask for it to be re-raffled.
  -Exceptions will be made to the re-raffle rule if you’re gifting it to someone who you know will use it - however, this may not be used to have multiple people enter for the same person.
• Voiding of free raffle characters is not allowed under any circumstance (excluding bans), this is to prevent people from joining our FTO and other raffles only to immediately void their characters. Voiding of adopts is typically not allowed, except under extraneous circumstances. If one of these circumstances arise, permission of the original artist is required to void an adopt.

MYO TOS

• Once you get your slot you have an unlimited time to design any of the Tekishozen species you got. MYO slots will NEVER expire.
• MYO Designs must be approved through the myo-approval channel on our discord to be approved.
• A link to a valid Bank Account with MYO slot / potions used in design must be included in your submission to be valid. Screenshots are NOT acceptable proof.
• MYO Designs must be at least a front view fullbody with flat color. This can be sketchy but must clearly show all traits, including at least the palms of the hands to show markings. If pose does not show the palms, you may draw a hand off to the side to show. 
• MYOs Can be inspired by canon characters, but must not be carbon copies, and you must link the character in question with your myo approval.
• Twins ARE ALLOWED so long as twins aren't EXACTLY identical. Two MYO slots are required for twins (or more, for more).
• MYO Slots can be traded/resold, but for no more than what you paid for them. Free slots may only be gifted.
• MYOs may be voided immediately at any time if drawn by yourself. If a MYO design was a custom, previously owned by someone else, or otherwise not drawn by you, permission of the original artist is required to void that MYO.
