Any and all of my artwork belongs to me; do not download and reupload any of my works without express permission. By commissioning me, you are granted express uploading permission for each unique + individual artwork I have done for you specifically. When reuploading a commissioned piece from me(profile photos, banner photos, image hosting site, etc), include credit linking back to me. Direct links to my toyhouse page are preferred, but simply crediting my username is acceptable.

Editing
Do not intrusively edit my artwork by drawing over it/adding others or your own artwork on top. Filters on top or adding different backgrounds under a transparent image is okay.

Personal & Commercial Use
You may use art you have commissioned from me to purchase yourself stickers or other merchandise for your own personal use, no need to ask permission beforehand. You may not use my artwork, commissioned or not, to use commercially by promoting your business or selling purchased merchandise of my artwork. I prefer not to enter my artwork into commercial deals

Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via paypal invoice or ko-fi. I will ask your paypal email to send the payment invoice

Payment & Holds
Payment must be sent within 48 hours of me sending the invoice. Failure to pay within this timeframe will cause your commission to be canceled. Failure to pay several times in a row/within a year will get you publicly blacklisted and you will no longer be able to purchase commissions or designs from me. I do not accept holds for custom art or design commissions. I may accept holds for premade adoptables for prices $100+. Flaked or late payments will cause the hold to be canceled. If there is no legitimate(and proved) reason for late payments, I am entitled to cancel and keep any payments made. Bills, groceries, rent, etc. are not legitimate reasons.

Bids
Bids for custom art commissions, ychs, custom design commissions, or premade adoptables are to be made as a direct reply chain to the previous bidder (the previous bidder must be able to easily be made aware of a new, higher bid). Private bids are acceptable, in this case I will update the bidding chain myself with your offer(s). If you must back out of a bid, please reach out to let me know and why. Multiple back outs(even with good reason) will cause you to be blacklisted. If you back out or delete bids with no reason and do not inform me, you will be blacklisted. I screenshot all bid offers, I will see you.

🍥 Refunds 🍥

Refunds are not given out unless there is an emergency situation or I have failed to get any work done in time. Reoccurring payments such as rent, bills, etc are not emergencies. If I refuse a refund, DO NOT file a chargeback via paypal or your bank; you WILL be publicly blacklisted. Chargebacks are not tolerated. In the case of an emergency refund, you are only entitled to a full refund if I haven't made any progress. If I have finished the sketch, you will only receive half. If I have moved on from the sketching stage, you are not eligible for any refund.
Premade adoptables are non refundable and all premade design purchases are final.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at my discretion without reason.

🍡 Custom/Adoptable Designs 🍡
Ownership
Once fully purchased, all rights, personal and commercial, to the design are granted to the buyer. 

Redesigns
Redesigns are always ok with me! If you wish to do a smaller redesign (color shift, change/add a few colors, change hairstyle, etc.) you don't need to ask and you can go right ahead<3 If you're looking for a bigger redesign, that is still okay but I would like to at least be notified, but I won't be angry if I'm not.
No matter the redesign, I must always be credited for the original design. You ofc may add yourself/the redesigner as another designer, but I must always receive main design credit.

Reselling/Trading
A purchased design (with real money) may be resold for ideally sale price, unless decent personal work and/or commissioned artwork has been added
There is not a lot I can do about upselling but please be courteous and respectful as it does make me uncomfortable. I personally never add my own art as worth to my ocs, only ever commissioned artwork. I know some people disagree but it makes me uncomfortable for someone to draw 1 art of a design of mine and upcharge like $30 the original price
If I feel an egregious upcharge has taken place/made me super uncomfortable, I may quietly privately blacklist you.(I will not sell to you/do business with you any more)

Designs that were given away for free or traded are not to be sold unless substantial personal art has been added and/or artwork of them was commissioned(with real money). If I find you to have sold a free design without these stipulations, you will be publicly blacklisted.

Toyhouse Disclaimer
I ask that ALL my designs stay uploaded to toyhouse at all times if possible (I understand some users get banned or have their accounts suspended)
I am not responsible for any purchases of stolen designs of mine. I am not responsible to refund or make whole any stolen design purchases. Please be sure to only buy/obtain my designs from toyhouse, with my actual account directly linked as designer credit to stay safe from scams and stolen designs. 

🍰 General Information/Extra 🍰
Will/Won't Do
I will draw almost any cute, furry creature. I will not draw official waterdogs(Closed Species, voided wds are fine though), dutch angel dragons/dutchies, complex dragon or lizard/scaled creatures, humans(at least human faces anyway), any sort of mech or armor or other complex clothing/accessories, gore, or anything hateful. NSFW don'ts are hard/explicit nsfw, fetish nsfw, feral nsfw, male nsfw(traditionally "male" genitalia or "masculine" bodies). I will only draw fem nudity + light nsfw

Turnaround/Timeframe
I must be allowed at least 1 month (~30 days) to complete your commission. Please wait at least 5-7 days before asking for updates; if I feel I am being pressured too much, I may cancel and refund.

Rush Fees
I do not do well under pressure/ on a strict deadline so my rush fees are steep. The earliest available rush deadline is 1 week from sending payment, depending on commission type/order size, the earliest possible deadline could be much later. Rush fees can vary from $20-$100 depending on the order.

NSFW/Nudity
You must be 18+ to commission/purchase any art or design with nudity or nsfw from me. I will ask your photo ID as verification. You may blur/hide any sensitive/identifying information such as your name, address, photo, etc. I just need your birth date. I do not keep any photos of IDs, once I confirm you are permitted to delete the photo message.
Please note I only draw traditionally fem bodies when doing nudity. I do not enjoy drawing traditionally male bodies so I just don't, so don't ask please. If your character identifies as male/not female but has a "fem" body, I will happily draw them <3

Design Discount
I offer a 10% discount on any individual commissions ordered that feature a design of mine. That is not 10% off the whole order, that's 10% off each comm type ordered featuring a character designed by me

These terms are subject to change without notification. Be sure to review them each time you order a commission from me for any changes that may have been made. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. By commissioning me/sending payment, you agree to the above terms
