King Of Freedom

Zingos was "The Eternal King" in his world, a near primal force of it. When a king died and there was no one to take their place, Zing (Zingos) would become king till another could take his place. He had been around since BEFORE the existence of that world, and had had his role for hundreds of thousands maybe even millions of years! I'd been so long and so much changed that no one knew how long it'd been.

He'd had his role so long that it was the only thing he knew, and he liked it. He was the good king. Loved to help people, loved to make people happy, loved people! All he did was rule in peace when he was around, he'd seen it all and knew it all. So it was obvious to him how to do it without a thought.

And it was gone.

His body felt weird, his chest hurt, his proportions, all wrong? His neck was the worst. All in the world was wrong with his neck. 

The Crown.

His crown...

He'd always had a crown around his neck, locked there forever. It'd been obvious that it was there, he was The Eternal King after all! But... but...

The king had no crown.

But that was something Zingos couldn't understand, and refused to anyways. He held his numb paws away from his neck, never touching it since his arival here. He'd been through it all! Hadn't he? He'd been through weird stuff! Like having his body cut up, multiple times even! But.....

something was missing.

He was missing.

He was the king! The people need him! Could the world even work without his presence? It was the only thing it knew? Right? Or...

Zingos felt dizzy beyond what he though was possible when he thought about it all.

It. Simply. Couldn't. Be. Real.

The more he thought the less sense it made.

But he'd heard words.

Was it his own thoughts or whispers. Mumbles from the nothing that bound his neck.

Sometimes happy, sometimes sad, sometimes angry.

"I MUST help people!"

"I AM king!"

"you are free"
