Calling to asking about your extended warrenty

Bian stood on the other side of the bedroom door. His hand lingered just off the wood.

It pained him to see his lover going through such a difficult time.

“Bishop? Do you want me to go get someone?”

No answer came from the other side of the door, was it possible he was asleep? Or was he in The Digital?

Bian couldn’t help but frown as the thought crossed his mind.

Bishop wasn’t scheduled to be there today.

Sensing something wrong, he sat down and contacted the technician they kept on call.

“Geez, What did Bishop get into this time?” The tech sighed as Bian stood by the android body that lay slumped on the ground.

“Will he be okay?’

“Yeah, he just didn’t update the software for his charging packs… Guess he was busy, busy.” The pink haired tech shrugged, adjusting some things on a computer they had brought with them.

“Okay, should be fixed. Let’s get him charged.”

Bian let out the breath he was holding as they placed the still limp body on the couch and plugged it in to power.

The face visor booted up, and Bian quickly put a reassuring hand on his partner as he tried to jolt upright.

“Took you two long enough! I was stuck in the digital for HOURS! I couldn’t contact anyone either!’

The tech scoffed. “Did you update your drivers?”

Bishop paused, his visor displaying the symbol it always did as he was caught off guard. “Uhhhh…. Maybe?” “Yup. Suuuure you did. Make sure you stay up to date Bishop. I know you don’t connect to the Digital as much as you should.”

Bishop sat annoyed and defeated, a pout on his face while Bian smiled softly, just happy he was alright.
