Rumours 1

Bramblekit lets out a wide yawn, kicking his brother, Bearkit in the process.

Bramblekit stops his attempts to shake Bearkit off of his leg to allow himself to silently nudge his head against Duststorm's with a flick of his tail.

Bramblekit kicks his way out of the pile of siblings and nudges past Curlykit. Crawling over to Riftpaw, the kit looks up at him from behind his mop of hair. Batting his leg repeatedly with his paw, Bramblekit doesn't look pleased.

Bramblekit observes his littermates playing with the mossballs. After a glance at Petalkit, Stonekit and Frostkit, he kicks one at the white and black she-kit.

Bramblekit doesn't seem amused by being hit in the face with a mossball. He throws one back at Stonekit with as much force as his tiny kit self can before turning to Curlykit and Bearkit once more.

Bramblekit bats his paw at Curlykit and Bearkit as they bother him before turning to Petalkit. He gives his brothers a side glance before grumbling to himself.

Bramblekit seems to have found a bug who was minding  its own business, scuttling its way across the ground. To give himself  some amusement, he starts batting it around until finally slamming his  paw down on the small creature.

Bramblekit watches as his father leaves. About to follow Duststorm,  he spots the shadow of a stranger looming above him. He lets out a  squeaky hiss, continuing his attempts to find out where his father is  going.

Bramblekit ignores his mother's statements from the  other day and heads towards the exit of the nursery. Perhaps he's  curious about the commotion, or maybe he saw this as a good opportunity  to attempt to sneak out...?

Bramblekit seems interested by the news that Duststorm has returned. He shakes Bearkit and Curlykit off of his limbs and heads for the exit of the nursery.

Bramblekit seeks Duststorm to ask what all the fuss is about.

Bramblekit's attention turns from glaring at the flowers Riftheart has brought his siblings to Duststorm. He seems more interested in what his father has carried in for them.

Bramblekit doesn't seem all too interested in  whatever game the other kits may be playing. However, he happens to find  amusement in batting his own pebble between his paws whilst watching  them.

Bramblekit glares at the visitors and lets out a squeaky hiss if they get too near him. He tries to drag Bearkit by the ear in the opposite direction.

Bramblekit scowls at the visitors, watching his brother approach Riftheart. He nods his head to Bonekit and Wolfkit. Perhaps he's offering to wrestle with his half brothers?

Bramblekit bats Bonekit with his paw a couple times, a small smirk appearing on his face. He's accepted the little fight, quite pleased that not everyone in the nursery is so darn boring.

Bramblekit looks around, trying to figure out who threw the moss ball at him. He then decides to toss it at Frostkit anyway.

Bramblekit scowls at Frostkit and Stonekit before getting hit in the face by another moss ball. Realising that Wolfkit has approached him, the tom puffs out his chest, seemingly unashamed of his actions. He then harshly nudges Wolfkit on the shoulder, asking if the other kit would like to find something more interesting to do than hang around these killjoys.

Bramblekit, somewhat begrudgingly, allows for himself to be brushed, asking his father if they can go out today. He seems apathetic towards everyone elses responses in the Nursery.

Bramblekit stands up and glares at Bonekit before following Duststorm out into the camp.

Bramblekit grumbles at the sight of an apple flying across the room and decides to do the same with his, back in the general direction of Bonekit.

Bramblekit decides to hide one of Stonekit's rocks from his beloved collection. It seems the tom's still holding a grudge from that mossball fight...

Bramblekit reluctantly nods to Burntflight and gestures across the nursery.

Bramblekit shrugs and stares up at Burntflight, before explaining in a snap that Stonekit is the "bad kit" for starting it all. He doesn't seem to be too willing to take criticism from his mother.

Bramblekit shrugs once more, glaring into the distance.

Bramblekit seems pleased go have ranked up, but raises an brow at his mentor, Tulipshine. He stands and gestures for them to head away from the crowd.

Bramblepaw approaches Tulipshine. He doesnt say much, but seems a little impatient to get going.

Bramblepaw sits beside Dovepaw, complaining about training. He states that he just wants to go out hunting, but Tulipshine insists on verbal teaching. He states that she's incapable.

Bramblepaw tells Tulipshine he'd like to try out some hunting whilst exploring the territory some more.

Bramblepaw scoffs at the crying as he watches Dovepaw run off.

Bramblepaw is dragged to the nursery by Dovepaw, observing the kits. He turns his attention to his friend handing out the blooms.

Bramblepaw eyes Swankit across the den, though he doesn't greet her.

Bramblepaw's ears flick at the mention of insects,  responding that he does in fact have an interest for them. With a small  smirk, he offers for her to go looking for some with him.

Bramblepaw bumps Dovepaw on the shoulder. It seems that he's brought her some prey from his training session.

Bramblepaw shakes his head, asking her if she already ate today, slightly troubled in his expression. He had brought it for Dovepaw, and her only.

Bramblepaw observes Dovepaw and Fisherkit from a distance, yet remains silent. The tabby apprentice seems rather displeased as he trudges away behind Tulipshine.

Bramblepaw seems rather fed up as he walks around camp with his mentor, Tulipshine. As he zones out of the lecture, he finds interest in his old hobbies and toys around with a beetle he finds on the ground.

Bramblepaw flicks the bug away carelessly before turning to Dovepaw and her friend. He doesn't seem all too thrilled to see the duo of  she-cats, but he asks the black tabby if her and her mentor are going  hunting later, scowling at Birchpaw as he does.

Bramblepaw trudges into the apprentice den, carrying some kind of bird in his maw. The tom briefly glares down at Swankit as he passes the smaller feline, making his way to his nest. He doesn't  seem willing to share as he pulls the prey closer to him.

Bramblepaw goes to visit Dovepaw, stating that they should see if they can go on that walk about the territory.

Bramblepaw is already curled up in his own nest. He greets his friend with a grumble, else remains silent.

Bramblepaw doesn't seem too interested about the  return of some warriors he doesn't know or care for. He's more than  willing to head out into the territory with Duststorm, however.

Bramblepaw rolls his eyes at the ongoings, not a fan of sharing the den with so many once more. But a smile creeps up his face as Bonepaw kicks the pinecone from his nest... Perhaps today could be interesting.

Bramblepaw approaches the apprentice den but soon  enough turns and leaves at the sound of crying with a grumble. Before he  takes his leave, he gestures for Talonpaw to follow.

Bramblepaw takes up Barksnap's offer. Perhaps he can bring back some prey for Dovepaw?

Bramblepaw proudly brings a bird to Dovepaw, dropping it before her. Despite his lack of smile, he seems a little pleased with himself.

Bramblepaw scowls at Swanpaw, but  he feels like he's met the she-cat before. Ah, when he'd recently ranked  up. He asks her what she wants and if shes still following around the  losers on the other end of the den.

Bramblepaw looks at Dovepaw, but says nothing, though he seems more relaxed. He simply grumbles in response to Swanpaw,  "they ditched ya then? Five's a crowd to 'em?" The tom snarls,  announcing to the duo that he's going hunting, his gaze seems to lie on Dovepaw.

Bramblepaw puts a pinecone in Bonepaw's nest when he's out training. The entertainment died down too soon.

Bramblepaw gives Bonepaw a disinterested look, raising his brow and then assessing the pinecone. "Ever thought framing was a thing? Look past the end of your nose, moron."

Sourkit seems on edge, bawling his eyes out, insistent that he stays by his sister's side as if he's trying to defend Sweetkit.

Sourkit seems tired, still skittish as he panics  about his sister not being beside him. As he bats the nest with worried  yelps, the red tom peeks over the side to see Sweetkit on the floor. "Nonono, get back here, you dummy!!"

Bramblepaw goes to lie down in his nest after  training, slumping down onto the sharp rock. With a yelp he jumps up,  fur prickling. Soon enough he's seen marching up to Stonepaw and Nightfrost, screaming at his half-brother. If he wants a fight, he should stop being a coward and demand for one.

Bramblepaw's fur prickles up as Nightfrost defends Stonepaw, letting out a hiss. He states that if the tuxedo tom wants to fight, he isn't afraid to take him on too. When Wolfpaw eventually approaches, the tabby tom snarls, looking his half-brother up and down before walking off. "This ain't yer fight, I don't need yer help."

Sourkit immediately jumps in front of his sister when Swanpaw enters the den, defensive. And as Dovepaw offers a gift, he tries to keep Sweetkit back, but he fails. When a flower crown is presented before the red  tom, he pouts but wearily sticks out a paw to take the gift. He shoots a  look back at the duo of she-cats before sniffing the flowers; maybe he  secretly likes them?

Bramblepaw stomps over to Wolfpaw, Talonpaw not too far behind him. He seems furious.

Bramblepaw claims that he doesn't need backup, just  an alibi. The tom growls padding closer, saying that he "told ya to stay  outta my fuckin' fights, so do as I fuckin' say," the tabby snaps,  smacking Wolfpaw over the head. He definitely didn't like being one-upped the other day.

Bramblepaw spits back profanities as the other does the same. When Wolfpaw attempts to cling onto him, he shoves the brown and white tom away from  him, intending for the other to stumble backward. Unsheathing his  claws, the dusty tom tells the other to piss off before he teaches him  what's what.

Bramblepaw grumbles after receiving a smack from Duststorm. When Rosestar states his name, he explains that Wolfpaw had it coming to him for nosing his way into business that wasn't his own. He tells Dovepaw it's none of her damn business.

Sourkit seems lost, running around in every direction in a panic.

Sourkit backs up as he sees the larger feline, but eventually his brows furrow and he puffs out his chest. "Where's sister, what have you all done with her?" is all he says, staring up at her. It sounds more like a demand despite the squeak in his voice.

Sourkit blinks back up at Hydrangeaspark,  but his eyes widen. He takes up her offer and plods along beside her as  best he can, walking proud but the worry is still on his face as he  calls, "Sister!"

Sourkit screams as he's pounced on, but cocks his head and furrows his brows as Webwormkit refers to him as her "best-est sister". "Get offa me! Wait- sister?! I ain't no sister!" He pushes the she-kit off of him, remaining confused; these guys are really freaking me out..."

Bramblepaw returns to the apprentice den after  training. He searches his nest before throwing himself down in the  bedding. It seems that he's remaining wary after the "rock incident."

Sourkit looks startled, but puffs out his chest when he sees Poppykit, putting on a brave face. He crawls away to find Sweetkit,  going to tell her that someone just tried to attack him whilst claiming  him to be her sister. He states that he knew this place is bad news.

Bramblepaw strides into camp, flicks and spatters of blood on his paws. He simply asks Dovepaw if she wants to come and watch him hunt, and states that Talonpaw can come too if he pleases.

Bramblepaw stares at Tanglebranch  without any words for a moment, the corner of his mouth twitching, but  he seems to hold back whatever he was planning to blurt out. Scowling  back at Talonpaw, he immediately takes the lead out if camp, gesturing for Dovepaw to stay by his side for now.

Sourkit jumps, skids and halts in front of Sweetkit, telling her something about the strangers probably using those "small wriggly things" to try to lure his sister in.

Sourkit watches Lavenderbloom dress the walls with flowers and cocks his head, almost confused. He shuffles closer to Sweetkit.

Sourkit watches Webwormkit approach Sweetkit, and sticks his tongue out slightly at the other as she takes her leave, furrowing his brows. He nudges his sister and states that they should go explore the camp together if she can manage.

Bramblepaw awakes and, after adjusting, pelts the  pebble across the den, careless of whatever or whoever he hits with it.  He tries to settle back down but is unsuccessful at falling back into  slumber again, so he stretches and heads for the exit.

Bramblepaw watches Dovespring's ceremony, almost displeased.

Sourkit seems reluctant to engage in conversation, but once settled, the red tom seems at least a little curious about Cranekit's collection.

Bramblepaw had spotted Stonepaw  staring at him the day prior and has become rather obviously irritated  by the rocks hidden in his nest, yet has decided to mind his own damn  business for today. He harshly nudges Dovespring and states that she should accompany him out of camp.

Sourkit jumps as Cranekit  approaches, but when shown the younger tom's collection he seems rather  interested! Although unspoken, it seems he may like the flowers the  most.

Upon realising his sister is no longer in the nest, Sourkit panics, moving everything in the area he can muster the strength to shift in order to look for her. "Nono!! Where are you, you dumby!!"

Sourkit whispers to Sweetkit that he doesnt want a mentor, nor does he need one, a rather proud look on his face.

Sourkit turns to Sweetkit, wide  eyed and states that they're big, scary things, horrible creatures that  will eat you like a fox would! Best to stay away from them.

Sourkit doesn't seem to like being corrected, glaring at Magpiepaw,  rejecting any offers to be told what a "mentor" is, before obviously  pretending to fall asleep. He'll just have to talk when he knows  nobody's snooping.

Bramblepaw observes the camp as well as the behaviour of Rosestar. The tabby harshly nudges Talonpaw before sitting beside him and Dovespring, displaying a smirk as he states someone's senility is getting ta' 'em, gesturing to the Leader with a nod of his head.

Sourpaw scrambles after Sweetkit yelling something about the mentors being after them as Cranekit approaches. When Patchfoot comes close, he stumbles back but soon enough comes to accept the  action, accidentally nearly headbutting his mentor as the nerves kick  in.

Bramblepaw lets out a groan at the announcement,  visibly angered by the fact he has to do all this work for others.  Perhaps this will give him an excuse to get out more without being  dragged back in or snitched on when going alone, even if he must go with  that pathetic mentor of his.

Sourpaw grumbles something about it being ok,  brushing away a messily drawn out circle of what was likely supposed to  be the camp and its surroundings. He thinks for a moment before telling Cranekit it'd be nice to have a friend in the den with him again besides Sister.

Sourkit half-begrudgingly trails behind Patchfoot. After a little silence from the red tom, he states that he hopes that they don't come by any mice or rats.

Sourpaw notices Sweetpaw rushing up  to him in a frenzy, and quickly pulls her closer into an awkward  embrace. He tells her to calm herself and tell him what it looked like;  he claims that he'll fight it off to save his beloved sister!

Sourpaw grimaces at the mention of mice alone, obviously disgusted. He tells Sweetkit that she's a big baby, but not to worry; he'll keep the mice and rats away from her as best he can, unlike Ivysong.

After some hunting with Patchfoot, Sourpaw notices that the flowers in his tail seem to be looking a little under the weather. Once he's finished consoling his sister, he goes to Cranekit, explaining that he's not sure why they wont keep and asks if he can fix them whenever he isn't too busy.

These past few days Sourpaw has been watching others return to camp with fish. He nudges Patchfoot and grumbles to his mentor; something vague like "can I go get some of those?"

Sourpaw furrows his brows at Patchfoot's response, but he gives a nod of understanding. When Ospreypaw approaches, he jumps but soon corrects himself, standing tall and even  seeming a little pleased with the offer (which he seems oddly eager to  go along with.)

Bramblepaw storms back into camp ahead of Tulipshine, the long fur on his legs dripping with water. Apparently, fishing isn't his forte.

Bramblepaw snarls at the giggles from the other apprentices just as he nearly walks into Curlypaw. He turns his head from his brother to glare at Magpiepaw and Swanpaw, snapping, "would yew all shut the fuck up?"

As Ospreypaw's rock hit him, it's obvious that Bramblepaw considered approaching her, but Curlypaw seemed to get a word in just before he could (to his distaste.) He turns, shaking his fur before leading himself, Barksnap and Curlypaw out of camp once more, grumbling something about the small crowd being a "bunch of shrews."

Sourpaw runs up to Sweetpaw and sits beside her, he asks what's going on, worriedly nudging his sister.
