Terms Of Service
Please read through the terms carefully. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece/adoptable.
These terms were last updated June 2023.
Payment Process
- The payment is made upfront.
- I'll need your Paypal email for the invoice, this can be sent to me via DM or email as needed.
- You will have a maximum of 48 hours to complete the payment before canceling the process and losing the rights to the character.
- I'll send the transfer or the files ASAP after the payment. The maximum estimated time of arrival can be of 48 hours. This maximum of tie is only in case the payment has not arrived or, if for personal details I'm not near the computer. In any case, you are free to send me any DM to any of mi social media.
Image Usage
- If the art or design was made using a base, the art itself cannot be used for commercial purposes as some of the terms of the makers states. But the image can be uploaded to your social media or galleries with the proper credits for the base maker.
- The art made by me, can be printed or used for commercial use, but I don't really recommend it as the art made for the adoptables are mostly for reference and in a different resolution that is not proper for printing.
- The overall idea of the design can be used for commercial projects , as soon the art is made by you or commissioned for commercial use. Keep in mind that I'm mostly selling the overall idea of the design, the character itself will be completed by you.
- DO NOT remove the signature for the art, and don't claim my art as your original work.
- Can add the proper credits if needed: art/design by @nat-seik /Natseik (for other social media)
Trading and Selling
- All of my original designs can be traded or resold, just let me know the new owner to update the credits.
- Free designs cannot be used for any money or character/art benefits. In case of claiming on impulse or don't having an use for the design, can be returned or gifted to other user. Trades for other designs can be made if you had them for more than a month and don't had any use for them; this can be done with me for any other free character, or give it for other character with other user , but not for direct sale.
- If the character is allowed to be sold, I prefer that the new owner respect the original price and do not resell the design for more that cost if it do not have new art. If new art is added can be sold for more of the original cost (just include the prices of the new art).
Designs edits/ color changes
- The owner can change in any way the design after purchasing, is not needed to keep me posted but I would like to see how it ended.
- If the design ended too different of the original, is credits for the original design are not needed but you can add: "inspired in"
- The changes can be only be made/requested for the new owner. I will not do any changes on the design if I'm not paid for make them.
- DO NOT DELETE THE CHARACTER from toyhouse OR REMOVE THE CREDITS (can be added to the image or at any other place of the profile, I just want to keep a record of them).
- The character can be deleted with my written permission only.
Refunds Policy
- I don't do refunds.
- In some particular cases I may trade an old design for a new of the same cost, but this is only for some preferential clients.
- If you don't want to keep an old design you can return it to me to keep it or you can give it way in any oc bank or activity, just remember that I will not refund the money/virtual currency if is that the case.
Other details
- Cannot be used for NFTs, you are buying the design/idea not the art itself.
- Do not use for Ai training,
- The design/concept can be used for any of your personal and commercial projects like RP ,indie games, merch and others.
- You can change anything of the design as your heart's content, so you don't need to keep the original name/bg it has.
- You only get the image of the character not the editable file or reference sheet as the last it had an extra cost. Other views or details not shown on the image can be added by the new owner.
- If the character was transferred to you DO NOT DELETE them from toyhouse. I want to keep an eye on my designs and keep them as an examples. If deleted without my autorization, you will be added to my black list and you will not be able to participate at any of my activities/promos or purchase any designs.
