[event - halloween 3] trick or treating

Sappaw and Icepaw both happily floated alongside one another as they traveled through the clan territory during moon-high. The two were from opposing clans, with Sappaw from YacheClan, and Icepaw from PechaClan, but the two apprentices were being allowed to travel together just for the holiday! It was seen as a rare opportunity for the two to be able to bond with others from outside of their clans, so they were taking advantage of the opportunity.

They carried small, hollow pumpkins with them, Sappaw having theirs on his back, and Icepaw caring hers in cos arms. The two gourds were now stuffed with various goodies, such as wrapped berries, swindled poffins, and little batches of honeycomb! A tantalizing basket of goodies, for sure.

The two were now in PayapaClan territory, which is the one clan’s territory they both hadn’t been to yet. They excitedly chatted to each other, detailing how they would gorge themselves on the goodies they got and offering to make trades to get rid of the ones they didn’t care for.

Suddenly, however, a Pokemon leaped out in front of them.

“Boo!”

The two jumped a tiny bit at that, but then burst into laughter over what they saw. It was Gigglespark, a PayapaClan warrior, with a makeshift leaf mask obscuring their face. The older Minun also began to break into chuckles, clutching its belly.

“Aww man, you apprentices are getting way too hard to scare now!” they quipped in a lighthearted manner.

“You got us for a little bit, though!” Sappaw exclaimed.

“Yeah!” Icepaw agreed.

“Well, in honor of my favorite festivity,” Gigglespark began after clearing its throat, dramatically reaching behind honks back to grab something. “I got the treats! You just gotta give me the magic words!”

“Trick or treat!” Sappaw and Icepaw exclaimed in unison.

With that, the clownish Minun pulled out two sticks with a few different berries skewered onto them. They made a show of placing each stick in the apprentice’s pumpkin baskets.

“Here ya go, suckers! Enjoy your night, now!”

“Thank you!” Sappaw and Icepaw once again shouted in harmony. With that, the two apprentices happily floated off, giggling amongst themselves. Gigglespark watched them, hands on honks hips, sighing in delight.

Man, what a fun night this was for all of them, huh? All three of them would definitely be ready to participate when next year's festivities rolled around for sure!
