Chewing her bottom lip, Avalon frowned as she began sorting through the available supplies. This time, she selected a tall case instead of the flower pot, and found a cream white bottle of paint. Started with long strokes of the brush, she added several layers of paint until the entirety of the vase was covered.

Waiting for it to dry, she began picking at the paints once more. After a few moments she felt a nudge at her side, and Alfie dropped a small pot of paint directly into her lap.

"Ooh, I think that will look perfect!" Avalon exclaimed as she picked up the the small pot of shining gold paint.

She began by applying the gold paint to the edges of the vase, and then added alternating gold and grey lines across the middle of the vase to create a symmetrical pattern. Avalon allowed it to dry for several long minutes before fetching some water for the vase, and added a single white rose into it.

"Much better, I think I really like this one!" Avalon exclaimed as she leaned back and set the vase proudly on the table, then gave Alfie another pat. Alfie gave a soft bark in response before nuzzling into her side.
