Tectonic check in blurbs

After a long day of wandering through a Dungeon and finally making it out, Team Cryptid decides to spar after getting some rest in a clearing within a forest.

A barrage of leaves smacked into the fusion that led the team, Blitz, and she hit the ground with a frustrated grunt. "Ow.." She rubbed her head, a bit frustrated that Chimera managed to get a cheap shot on her. Blitz ran up to the rather fluffy Rowlet and dashed up to him, and attempted to kick him. However, the Rowlet managed to use protect before her foot connected. She slipped on it and hit the ground with a yelp. "Oh- Arceus...Blitz, are you alright?" Chimera looked over to look at a frustrated- defeated Blitz who slowly got up. "I'm fine- maybe you should try sparring Dough while I take a break? She's raring to go." The fusion pointed to the Trapinch who seemed to have ice cream dripping from her back, and a smile on her face when Blitz pointed to her. As Blitz trudged away Dough started to the opposite side of the clearing from Chimera.

Dough bolted toward Chimera as the Rowlet prepared a leafage, and bombarded Dough with leaves. The Trapinch dove into the ground hoping that she wouldn't get too much ice cream in the tunnel that would be pretty frustrating to quickly dig through if all of it is sticky. Chimera positioned himself in the sky waiting for Dough to strike. The Trapinch flew out of the ground and chomped on Chimera's talon and dragging the Rowlet to the ground, and kicking up sand into his eyes. "Ow! Okay- okay. You win- can you let go of my leg now?" Chimera wriggled free and looked at his foot as if it wasn't there. He let out a sigh of relief when it was still there. "Well, it seems I've won!" Dough claimed, and as she began triumphantly trotting toward the resting Blitz then proceeded to eat the ground when she tripped over a rock that she hadn't noticed. Chimera began cackling as Dough got up. "I think we should head back to the guild and see if there's anything on the quest board. " She seemed embarrassed while the spoke. Chimera seemed to slowly stop laughing and attempted to agree but was having a hard time due to how hard he had been laughing. Blitz nodded in agreement and started toward their destination. Chimera and Dough joined after the two were able to regain their composure.
