Welcome to Luminal

In a world, where all beings, used to live apart. There are three parts of the world, the Fauna Region, led by Flora, the Elysian Region, led by Seraphic, and then the Sheol Region, led by Hades. The three leaders never got along, separating the three regions apart, and creating rules for the people of their region, making sure they stay apart. Even though the beings are different in their own ways, all are similar in their own ways as well.

Home

The Sheol Region is a dark place with no animals or plants being able to survive there. The people barely eat anything and steal animals from other regions to feast on. Sometimes they eat each other as a safer alternative. Hades, a cruel leader, could care less about his people. The region is in eternal darkness, giving the beings there the power to be able to see in the ever-lasting night. Hades doesn't do anything for his people, overworking them to the point where they are at their best. He believes that his people are the strongest of the regions, pushing them past their limits and making severe punishments.

The Elysian Region is bright and full of sunshine. There are many animals but no plants as they would burn up to how much light there is. The people choose not to eat the animals as they are also living beings and take plants from the Fauna Region, mostly given to them by the messenger so they don't steal them without permission. Seraphic focuses on helping people become strong, making sure they are all healthy and well maintained, she gives what's best for her people. She works them hard but never forgets to keep track of their well-being. She believes that she is the best leader of the three, knowing that her people are powerful and can go at their own paste with training, giving them all the freedom they can get.

Seraphic and Hades always looked down on Flora, telling her that the Fauna Region is weak and useless for the sake of the world. The region lives on a day and night cycle that help its people survive including the animals and plants living there. The people eat either or their own choice. Flora never gave up on her people, giving them a drop of her own power for them to be able to protect themselves from the worse. Giving her power away, comes with huge risks, as the years pass, she grows weaker and weaker, no longer being able to take care of her people, but them taking care of her. She still tries her best to protect her people, wanting to see them grow and surpass the other regions.

Life

People of the Sheol and Elysian Regions live up to 1000 years while Fauna only lives up to 100 years. When dying, their powers turn into a spirit that someone can collect and can become more powerful. When someone of a different region collects it, they gain new powers and is combined it with theirs which is harmful and can kill you faster. After a few days, the body turns into stars that rest amount the sky of the Fauna Region that you can look at during the night. Death of people of Fauna, nothing happens, they are just gone, their body stays there and can be used as food if someone was that desperate.

In every region, a messenger is allowed to travel into all regions to give items and letters to the people. This is the only way the other regions are allowed to communicate with each other in a more legal way.

Powers

The people of the Sheol and Elysian Regions were born with their own powers that radiate essence, the only thing that keeps their powers alive. Essence is only generated in their own region, if they were to go into another, their essence slowly dies. It completely dies in a month if they stay in another region and they are unable to get it back after it is gone. They grow weaker as it is dying, dangerous especially while being in other regions. Though, the people of the Fauna Region have no essence, living off of Flora's powers that have no limits. Their powers never drain in other regions but are much weaker without it, still very dangerous and risky.

In Sheol, Fire and Darkness are common powers

Lightning and Energy are rare

In Elysian, Air and Light are common powers

Ice and Water are rare

In Fauna, Earth and Weather are the only powers

When your reached your limit of powers and go passed it, it could be harmful to your body and could kill you, It is called Low Orbit. This doesn't apply to Fauna powers.
