“Guile?”

“Yeah, Chia?”

“Would you, uh, wanna try somethin’ with me?”

Guile gave Chia a look with a raised eyebrow.

Chia blushed a little. “Hey! N-Not like that!! I mean, not that I would be oppos- b-but that’s not what I meant!!” He laughed nervously.

“What did you mean, then?” Guile wondered.

Chia extended both their hands. “Would you wanna dance with me?”

A chuckle of surprise escapes Guile. “Dance? I’m not much of a dancer.”

“It’s okay!” Chia smiled. “I could teach you! If.. you want to.”

Guile took a moment to think about it. Then he finally answered. “..Okay.” Then he stepped forward and took Chia’s hands in his own.

“Sweet!!” Chia beamed. “Alright. Just let me lead, and we’ll be golden.”

“Lead me into battle, Captain.” Guile smiled.

And so Chia taught him some basic steps, and Guile caught on pretty quickly. Chia knew he would.

And then, once Chia put some music on, and the two got into a good rhythm utilizing the steps they practiced, Chia caught him off guard. He let go of one of Guile’s hands, giving him a spin. It all happened in a flash to Guile, and he couldn’t help but blush at what was just done to him.

Once the song stopped, the two took a moment to catch their breath. Guile looked at Chia with wide, lovestruck eyes. “I didn’t know you could do that.” He said.

Chia took Guile’s left hand and raised it to his mouth, giving it a gentle kiss atop the back. “I only like to lead when I dance. Thanks for doing this with me.”

Guile smiled. “Of course, buttercup. I know I’m usually in charge, but if you wanted to lead me straight into the fires of hell, I’d follow right along.”

“You know the same goes for you too, Guile.” Chia smiled back. “I love you, handsome.”

Guile was a bit bashful at the moment, and was very thankful to have his boyfriend in his life. “I love you too, little bunny.”
