"Win some plushies from the minigame you say? Let us know which one you wanted and we can help you win it!" Kieran joined in the conversation between Sinclair and Choleric on the topic of minigames and a particular plushie the librarian had wanted. Sinclair may be the one that stopped to chat with Choleric and listened to his desire to get his hands on the plushies initially, but Kieran was the one that's a bit too interested in playing the game just to win.

"I appreciate the attempts." The sylveon gives them a subtle nod. Choleric wasn't the only one that was interested in the plushies, it seems like Kieran and Sinclair's little Alcremie/Jangmo-o daughter was pretty interested too, glancing at the prize pool all starry eyed and asking if they could try to win some of those too. In fact, Kieran had even caught Sinclair’s eyes lit up as well while he glanced at some of the plushies despite trying his best not to look too interested. Out of embarrassment? Or perhaps just didn’t want his desire to be known. Either way, Kieran knew what the Meowth had wanted.

“Ring toss! That shouldn’t be too hard, right?” Sinclair directed his attention to the minigame itself, examining the setup of the game; there's a board of differently coloured pegs behind the counter, he could see why this would be kinda hard when your glasses prescription isn’t right. The booth owner- Wait a second, they know the booth owner, it’s one of their own team members, Reia, dressed in a cute purple witch costume. She perked up upon seeing interested customers, ones that she knew nonetheless. "Hello besties! Surprised to see me? I’m running this booth! Wanna give this a go, besties?" The green sylveon giggled and waved her ribbon excitedly, offering a set of five rings to the trio to see who wanted to step up first.

“Oh! Oh! Prithee can we give it a try?” Valorous Morning piped up excitedly, wagging her tail and tugged on Sinclair’s hand as she looked over at the rings offered. Kieran and Sinclair nodded in agreement, letting the little Alcremie have the first go. Sinclair had been holding on Val's hand the whole time until now, with his wizard staff prop in the other hand, he had let go of her hand and gave her a little pat on the back as she stepped up to the booth and took the rings.

“What you want to do is toss the rings in the pegs, the further back the pegs are, the more points you will net.” The Sylveon gestured to the board with her ribbon as she gave out the instruction, “You can start any time!” With her explanation done, she sat back to watch how this little Alcremie would do. Val picked up a ring, ready to try her best and strive for the highest point she could and went for the pegs as far as she could… and she missed. “A rough start, don’t worry, a lot of people started with a miss too, you might get it next toss.” Reia chuckled and gave out a word of encouragement.

“We will get it! We will win the plushie for thee Mr Librarian!” Val addressed Choleric, who was standing and watching idle by the sideline, who also said nothing other than just giving the Alcremie a slight nod. Val however, her ambition was too big as she just kept wanting to go for those that would score big points and ended up not getting any points. “Augh…” Val sighed in defeat.

“Oooof… Tough luck, but that’s alright, maybe you would do way better at other games!” Reia gave the Alcremie a pat on the back before she went back to her parents, who gave her little head pats too. “Why don’t you give it a try, little wizard?” The Sylveon gestured for Sinclair to set up for a try, catching the Meowth by surprise.

“O-oh me? Sure- sure” The Meowth hesitantly approached the booth after handing his staff prop for Kieran to hold. Val had already forgotten her loss and is cheering for Sinclair already. “Let's see…” Taking a deep breath, Sinclair held a ring and readied himself for a toss and went for a medium distance peg. Those far back are a bit too out of reach for him, he knew had a much better chance with the ones closer. He varied his tries but mostly went for the middle ones and managed to get a few in, getting some cheers from Kieran and Val, as well as a little (not too impressed but still pretty amused) claps from Choleric. Sinclair was pretty pleased with his result.

“I knew you had it in you, bestie!” Reia giggled, before turning to look at the Zorua. “How about you bestie? Surely you can do even better?” The green sylveon held out the set of rings to the Zorua too, wanting him to take it and give it a try as well.

“Of course! Watch me.” Kieran smirked, taking the rings from the green sylveon to give it a go. Kieran is so much more ambitious, but he knows his capability too, but that also doesn’t stop him from taking risks, in fact, he learnt from watching Val and Sinclair's tries too. He gauged the distance for the further one, surely he can get it in, it’s not impossible. He missed some but he managed to get some of the further ones and scored big! His little Alcremie daughter cheered and jumped with joy, Sinclair was pretty in awe too.

"Wowie!! Look at you go, bestie! What prize would you like?" Reia clapped and gestured over at the prize pool at what the trio could redeem. Seems like Choleric’s desired plushie is on the list to be picked too.

"Well Choleric? This is for you, take your pick." The Zorua looked rather proud of himself, being able to get the librarian what he wanted. "Thank you." Choleric took his pick of the limited edition plushie he was eying, very pleased at the trio's offering.

They got the candy Choleric promised, and they also had a lot of fun. Kieran paid for a few more rounds for them to play with together and won a few more prizes that Val and Sinclair had been eying (to Sinclair's surprise Kieran got him the exact thing he was eying the most but was too shy to speak up). It was a pretty good night and everyone was happy.
