Design TOS - Bold ones are an automatic (non-public) blacklist if broken

1. Do not delete/private my designs without notifying me. (You don't need to ask for permission or give me a key, I just like to know!)
2. Don't resell a design for more than you paid for, unless value has been added (via art, writings, etc). 
3. Do not resell them for real-world money unless you have spent real-world money on them. If it's an emergency, just ask first.
4. If the design is feral (or is drawn with feral anatomy), do not make lewd media of them.
5. Redesigning is fine as long as the design remains recognisable [ie, not this]. Designs that are over 1 year old or extremely LQ are exempt from this rule! And, as with #3, you can ask to break this one.
6. My designs are not to be used in the production of NFTs.
7. If my designs are used in a commercial setting, explicit credit must be given to me for the design, and you may not monetize my art of the design.

1. I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
2. I have the right to deny any commission without giving a reason why.
3. Do not use my art for direct profit- ie selling on stickers.
4. My art is not to be traced, edited, etc without my written permission. Cropping/etc to make a profile picture or adding color filters/borders are okay.
5. My art is not to be used in any commercial setting without explicit public written permission from me.
6. My art cannot be reposted without my explicit public written permission. Yes, even if I made the art as a commission for you, you still have to ask- and I can still say no. (Adding my art of your oc to their toyhou.se gallery is okay as long as the account "WireframeArson" is credited.)

Misc info - Bold ones will get you ignored

1. When offering art/customs, offer a specific amount. DO NOT say anything along the lines of "as much art as you need" "however much you want" etc. If you're worried your offer is too low, just say that.
2. Chances are, I want my old designs (1+ years) back! If you lose connection with them, pinging me is appreciated (but not at all required).
3. Being unhappy with a finished commission is not grounds for a refund.  Acceptable reasons for refunds are: The art is noticeably lower-quality than normal, The art has not been completed for over a month, The buyer cannot afford the commission / needs the money back, or The art has several details about the character (or what was requested) wrong.
4. You are allowed to take inspiration from any of my art/designs, even if they're UFS. That being said, do not copy everything about them.
5. If you're unsure about something, ask. Guessing will get you nowhere fast.
