"Is it suppose to glow like that?"

Holding up a warm colored amulet, it swirled red and yellow with a soft glow. The gem itself was absolutely stunning, the delicate etchings covering the metal nothing short of beautiful. Vio just wasn't sure if he should put on something Weedfly had 'found lying around.' "'Course, it's magical." Well, yes, he got that much, and suddenly felt like facepalming for even asking. They weren't even sure what sort of magic was enchanted into the piece, simply ensuring it had to be safe if it was in their house. Sound enough logic, but Vio was being cautious all the same. Malakas would be more likely to recall whatever this did, buuuut, that was a hornets nest he tried not too poke more often than necessary. Especially given the season, they might roll tricks and treats into one.

They probably saw the look on his face, "Do you not like it?" Flailing his free arm, he quickly shook his head, "That's not it! It's gorgeous, I love it!" Blushing at the grin they were giving him for such a response, it was difficult for Vio to resist going ahead and putting the amulet on. He adored Weedfly more every day they spent getting to know each other, even if he didn't see the point at first. It was becoming rather clear though, and he wanted to make them happy whether the jewelry did something weird or not.

With a sigh, he brought the chain up and over his head, feeling a little tingly at first, but perfectly fine. "So?" The other questioned after a minute. Shrugging, Vio felt fine and was still in one piece, "Whatever it does, either it doesn't work right away, or is perfectly fine." While still a little skeptical about the thing, putting it on and receiving a smooch on the cheek made it worth the risk.
