Conception/Birth: Arcelia was the result of her bio mother Nova being raped by a ruthless gang of Naval bounty hunters for hire. Birth; Arcelia was born the following year as the ice began to thaw while the ship was far out to sea. A sirens call was heard when Nova was in Labor.
