General Art TOS / Commissioned Art
GENERAL ART STUFF
- I do not make art for blockchain related business and therefore my art may not be sold like such. Do NOT make NFTs of my creations!
- Do not feed my art to AI to make art in my style. Do not feed my art to AI machines at all.
- Do not copy my characters and their design. I am flattered, but my OCs mean a lot to me. You MAY take inspiration from my designs, but make sure your designs are not a direct copy from my work with some altered features.
- Do not steal my characters. Obviously... Again, these characters mean more to me than I may already have shared publicly! They are quite literally my entire world. So character theft of any kind would be really upsetting.
- You may trace poses in my art pieces, but only if you credit me. I've been a beginner artist as well and especially early on posing something on your own is really hard. I also think there's no shame in admitting something is traced. Tracing is a good tool to learn to draw these poses on your own someday! If you've traced my work, please be honest and credit me! You'll have my full support and I'd love to see what you've made.
- You may colour pick from my designs to create your own. I really don't mind!
- If you've taken inspiration from my design and aren't sure if the design is too similar to my character or not, or a character copy, you may always message me! I could give you feedback and tell you if I feel it's crossing a boundary. If you'd like some help I'd be happy to assist. Again, I'd be honoured if you like my stuff enough to feel motivated to do this in the first place! It's really important to me to let you all know I'm always open for this type of communication. To make the step of messaging me about anything feel less intimidating, because I'm also just some guy!
COMMISSIONED ART
- When posting said commissioned art on social media, credit is required!
- You are allowed to use commissioned art for banners, profile pictures and backgrounds without credit. In all other instances I would like to be credited! If you're uncertain if the format you're thinking of needs credit or not, feel free to message me about it!
- Commissioned art may be edited, referenced, drawn over and used for memes by the owner of said character/piece. Editing my piece solely to remove my watermark is strictly forbidden though and honestly really mean :o(
- I am allowed to use a commissioned piece as example on my commission page and upload it to my social medias (with credit to the commissioner of course).
- If I'm commissioned to draw something with intent to print it, let me know! I'll do my best to give you a version of said piece that's more CYMK friendly.
- If you'd like to commission me for a project of larger scale than a personal art piece, please do let me know.
