100Anna
London's air is completely black
You'd start to notice it if you stayed out too long
Your shirts used to be white and but you spent too long in the wind
Perhaps the stains and mockery is where you belong
I used to think about it, just twice a day
Once before breakfast and once more after tea
The black started climbing into the food that I ate
And I realized that nobody is all I can be
The beautiful neighbourhood became corrupted
With twisty fingers and ridged weight
It crept in further as I got older
Next year I'm turning twenty eight
But my body feels like it's forty two
And there's so many things I have left to do
So I guess being part of the world will have to wait
