Egg Delivery

"Come onnnnnn, lemme hold it! Just for a little!"

"No, absolutely not. Do not let her hold the egg with her stubby arms-"

"Ignore him, Hallow, I would be great at holding eggs-"

For their part, Hallow has been content to ignore the bickering from Vera and Tombi in regards to the egg she was holding, keeping up a steady pace with each flap of their cloak like wings. She loves them both to bits, but Tombi does have a point about Vera's... holding capacities. And general recklessness. So! The mimikyu's just listening idly to the background noise for now. 

Besides her, Skully and Vel have been zipping around, playing and scouting all at once. Vel stops briefly besides them, crystal wings shining brilliantly in the afternoon light, and Hallow hovers in place for a second. "Is everything alright?"

Vel gives a little shake of her body. "Windy up ahead. Careful!" And takes off again. Skully passes by next, giving Hallow a nod and following after Vel with a fond look. 

Something warm flutters in Hallow's core. It's nice. Having others around like this. Having life around. 

Its so much better than sitting alone in the mansion. 

Up ahead, their newest member -Memori- gives a little stomp to catch all of their attention.

"It should be just after this crossing, from what I saw..." The turtwig tilts their head so one of the long feathers points down a rocky, thin road. ".... Maybe tie yourself to someone...? Vel's right... it's windy..."

The bickering behind her has ceased, Tombi now stepping forward as he's one of the sturdiest here. 

Hallow gives a determined little bob, and another shadowy limb snakes out from under their cloak. Now with a new free hand, they wrap in carefully around Tombi's torso while their other two encase the egg in soft and safe shadows. 

Vel and Skully hover ahead near Memori, while Vera strides to be right beside Hallow, tombi and the egg. They're all ready to finish this mission.
