Backstory
Some writing i did probably around 2015-16? With some edits in 2018, and a few rewritten lines today Its Drew's back story of how he ended up in the town. And how he met mayor seto
He felt like he was getting nowhere in life being somewhat of a rebel and getting into fights. One day he just decided to stop, take the train far far away and leave everything he's done behind.
He said goodbye to the people around him, his friends and rivals leaving them confused.
As he left he stopped for one final look at the apartment window (?) then headed underground to the train station. It was late in the evening and the station was empty. He spent the change he had in his pockets on a one way ticket that would be sure to take him far away.
The platform was empty and so was the train as he entered. He sat down in a seat, looking around before concluding there was nobody else around. The train slowly started leaving the station and the rhythmic sounds and movement in his seat made Drew fall asleep.
He awoke after what felt like a several hour long nap, completely light in his body. The drab gray night he left behind had turned to morning and the sun was shining, the landscapes he rode past was completely different than what he was used to. Vast lakes and lush green forests.
Leaning towards the window he got lost in what he saw. a shuffling noise snaps him out of the daydream and he spots two blue fuzzy cones poking out from a few seats ahead.
The blue cones... Ears move, and he's been heard. And not long after he is standing face to face with a blue cat in argyle knit sweater.
"Huh? Hello, I didn't see you there!" The cat exclaims and smiles. "May I sit down?"
"Sure, why not" Drew casually remarks, not at all surprised there's a giant blue cat talking to him.
"May I ask, where are you headed. I see a ticket in your hand there"
True, he did have a ticket. But to where? "I don't know" he says
"Huh? Hahahaha. You're funny ------
The announcer turns on and a voice is heard through the speaker
"next stop ----, next stop ----"
"Hey I have an acquaintance there. If you've been riding for long you should stop by~" the cat says gleefully

When he steps out of the train station he is surprised by the bright warm sun. He holds his hand over his head as a shield from the rays and looks around. Just outside he spots a person with bright red hair and a sun hat standing in a field of flowers watering them...
