Quick Notes: I'm not the best of explaining so here's an example of what I'm try to say!

I'm willing to draw characters that have a darker fur color, like a super dark grayish/black but not completely just pure black since I'm unable to see the outline. Same goes with just pure neon bright colors, they kind of just hurt my eyes and I would probably not be able to draw them at all.

If the your character is pure black but has a white, or any other kind of bright outline, I will be able to draw them for you. Pastel colors are alright since it's kind of a faded color than neon types, but the color in middle is also alright as well.
